My Property Helper is an excellent service. I could not have found my first property without the help of Lee and Chloe. They were very professional throughout. They took account of all my requests and were accomodating to my very wide drawn area. Chloe was fantastic at arranging viewings to fit around my busy schedule. With my busy lifestyle MPH is just what I needed. Lee shortlisted and found me some beautiful houses meeting my needs. He secured a great sale with good deal. What an absolute pleasure it has been! We were recommended to My property helper by another estate agent who had realised we were struggling to find a place after seeing almost 50 properties!
With Lee, straight away we could tell he was all about helping others. He is attentive, he’s always responsive to out our whatsapp messages and he just gets it! He know it’s not easy to find a place, but with his knowledge and contacts, he helped us find a place in an area/type of house we wouldn’t have ever looked before!
I have to agree with the comments below, that with Lee and his team, you’ll feel like you have an unfair advantage over others, but better you than someone else!

Great service. It was a big help to find ideal houses/locations that match our needs. Help with booking viewings (but they wont visit with you, unless paid extra) and negociating offers.
