Site was hanging up all the time when I was trying to place an order and the site doesn't have that charisma anymore 🙃

I ordered my whey protein today and paid Aed50 for delivery within the same day but at this time, 11:56pm, Feb 28, 2026 I havent received the order!!!!

Please refund the payment as you did not follow your own delivery system!!

Your customer support is not right!
I have clearly explained and proved my concern, yet there has been absolutely no help from your side
I would also like to raise a concern on Priniesha, who could not understand the case I made even after thorough explanation, including photo and video proof.

too many fees - I bought it because of the discount (55%) even though it wasn't 55%, then I had to pay for shipping which is not ideal then now I have to pay for taxes which is double the shipping. All the fees (which I am aware of) make the discount useless.

I am reaching out to provide feedback regarding a recent change in the profile of the Impact Whey Isolate (Chocolate Peanut Butter). I am not seeking a refund, but I want to bring a significant batch variation to your attention for quality control purposes.

As a frequent consumer of this specific product (4+ previous orders), I have a clear baseline for the standard flavor profile. However, the most recent batch is consistently bitter from the initial sip, regardless of the time of day it is consumed. This differs significantly from previous batches, where the bitterness was either non-existent or a very faint aftertaste.

I am concerned that there may have been a recent change in the formulation, sweetener ratio, or a deviation in the manufacturing process for this lot. I hope this information is useful for your internal quality checks.

I really love their whey protein powder but I noticed the banana flavor (among others) isn’t available on their .ae website.

Where is the regular 2.5kg pack? For 500gms, the price increases. If this continues, will have to look for alternatives
