Easy to find what I was looking good for.

100 % original and trusted brand

It was good but i had some problems with the details i had to fill to order.. first of all i didn't find the city i live in in the city section "al rass" so i had to put another one.. second of all after i ordered there's no section on the app i can track my order with it... the price was great and the discount was incredibly good.. but i hope you'll find a way to fix the VAT... thank you for everything you were always the best in the market

Regarding my previous order, #681994705, it was only partially fulfilled. Despite multiple complaints and follow-up emails, the remaining items were never delivered. I am placing a new order with the expectation that these outstanding items will be included.

Horrible experience while trying to use the app! I tried to log in or register atleast 20 times and it wasn’t working .i wanted to use the extra off through the app but unfortunately I couldn’t. Never had such an experience with any other app

I have all the screenshots from Instagram to prove how unhelpful your support team has been. I get one reply every 24 hours, and even that is just a generic, pre-written message with no real solution. I placed an order and received the product, but what you promised was NOT delivered. You advertised a shaker, but instead I received a protein bar loaded with sugar—completely useless to me as a diabetic.

Earlier, I simply asked your agent to provide the name of one of your main distributors in Dubai. I know several sellers here already, but instead of helping, they refused to share any information and pushed me to buy online. Fine—I still ordered without any issue. But the least you could do is deliver what you advertise instead of misleading customers.

i will never buy from myprotien , good price, nice shipping experience, but surrprised by tax and duities to Saudi with 23% of the bill cost.

cost was 264, and tax and duties 61 after i did the purchase, if i knew about the taxies and duties i would have changed my mind.
