I placed an order on Aug 6 consisting of some whey, some supplements and some accessories- Worst decision ever, Delivery for the protein was quick, i got a message saying delivery has been delayed for other products and 2 weeks later, im still stuck in the same loop where they tell me "please get back to us if it doesnt reach you by september 10". I am not gonna wait a month to get my stuff, if you guys dont have stock, let me know so i that i wont order it.

Second time ordering from them. Taking way longer than expected to receive the products. First time I ordered, they were missing one item. If I hadn't gone back to ask for a refund, nothing would've happened. If you're in Canada, there are way better and faster options for this kind of products. Last time I ever order from them.

Aran answered my question. If your company ever offers individual bars anywhere in Canada that would be great. I cannot buy an entire box without tasting them. I eat many, many different types of protein bars. Thank you.

Really bad experience and costumer service, I have my order issue and one of his customer representative hang up the live chat to me, I wasn’t able to finish my concern and question, his name is Sam H. Be aware with this guy! And he didn’t even allowed me to speak with their costumer relation team.
Very hard to communicate, never answer my question properly, and answer was so confused!
And I still have question regarding my order issue, he (Sam H.) just escaped from live chat?! This is how myprotein treat customer?
When you order has issue, they are not going to refund you! Be aware! I didn’t say I want their credit !

I ordered a lot of the vegan supplies as I wanted cleaner protein. I loved the deals that were offered and have really enjoyed all the supplements. I placed an additional order for some items that included strawberry oats which was just canceled which is a bit disappointing especially as they still accept orders online for it. I will definitely reorder everything I have now, hopefully the offers are even better. Keep restocking :).
