The same thing was 500 cheaper few days back
Earlier the price was 8499
Now price is 9999 and a discount coupon of 1000 which makes the price 8999 which is 500 pricier than the previous one.
Cheap strategy, but very common.

Hi,
Order number:772586823
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the way my recent complaint has been handled.
This is now the third or fourth time I have received a product from MyProtein with a relatively short remaining shelf life. As a long-standing and loyal customer, I had expected a considerably better experience from a brand I have trusted and purchased from for years.
What is particularly disappointing is the lack of ownership from your Customer Service team. Despite repeatedly explaining my concern, I have been offered no meaningful resolution unless I first return the product at my own expense. I find it difficult to understand why I should bear the cost and inconvenience of returning a product when the concern relates to the product that was supplied to me.
I am also disappointed by the response that the product "would not be classed as short-dated." While I understand that your internal quality team may have a specific definition of short-dated stock, this does not address my fundamental concern as a customer—I did not expect to receive a large pack with a comparatively limited remaining shelf life, particularly when this has now happened repeatedly.
More importantly, I had expected MyProtein to demonstrate greater ownership and customer-centricity, particularly given my history as a loyal customer. Instead, I have been asked to incur additional inconvenience and expense to resolve an issue that I believe should have been handled more appropriately by your team.
I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when placing orders with MyProtein during promotional offers. In my experience, I have repeatedly received products with only 1–2-3 months of remaining shelf life, despite purchasing large packs intended for consumption over a longer period.
This is now the third or fourth instance where I have faced this issue. Based on my personal experience, I am also concerned that supplements nearing their expiry date may not provide the same level of freshness, efficacy, and overall quality that I expect from a newly manufactured product.
What is even more disappointing is the response from Customer Service. Despite being a long-standing customer, there has been very little ownership of the issue, and I have been expected to bear the cost and inconvenience of returning the product before a replacement or refund can be processed.
My advice to other customers: please check the expiry date carefully when purchasing MyProtein products, particularly during promotional sales. Based on my experience, discounted/promotional orders may come with considerably shorter remaining shelf life.
After years of being a loyal MyProtein customer, this repeated experience and the way my complaint has been handled have unfortunately made me reconsider purchasing from the brand.
After giving this considerable thought, I have decided not to purchase MyProtein products going forward, including products offered under promotional offers.
Unfortunately, MyProtein has lost a loyal and valuable customer—not because of the value of one individual product, but because of the overall customer experience, repeated instances of receiving short-dated products, and the lack of ownership demonstrated in resolving the issue.
After being a long-standing customer, I find this particularly disappointing. I sincerely hope the brand takes this feedback seriously and reassesses how such concerns are handled in the future.
My Best!

Guys, please think twice before buying protein from Myprotein. I ordered specific flavours, but they sent me completely different ones. I still decided to give them a try, but the taste is extremely bad.
When I contacted customer service to return the unopened packs, they told me that I have to pay the return shipping charges myself—even though they sent the wrong flavours in the first place.
Why should a customer have to pay for a company’s mistake? On top of that, the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing and unhelpful.
Wrong product sent, poor customer service, and the customer is expected to pay to fix their mistake. Very disappointing experience. I definitely would not recommend buying from them based on how this has been handled.
