I tried to order some Glutamine but you do smaller sizes than 1kg. Was surprised and a little disappointed, as i have ordered a smaller size befofre.

I would leave 0 stars if I could.
I placed an order with Myprotein for a total of 10kg of protein; 2 x 5kg bags, which the website allowed me to place and pay for. I spent over however much it was and got a free box of layered bars as well.
When the package arrived, it contained 2 x 2.5kg bags of protein, a total of 5kg and no layered bars.
I contacted Myprotein and sent a picture of the 2 x 2.5kg bags and said the layered bars didn't arrive either, which wasn't a big deal.
I got a reply saying there were no 5kg bags in stock, hence the smaller bags and that the layered bars would be sent out straight away.
I replied to say, "That's great, but I'm still 5kg of protein short, could another 2 x 2.5kg bags be sent which would complete the order?". I was told this was not possible(?) and would I accept a 50% refund instead, which I agreed to. I was then told the refund would take 3-5 days to process.
I then received another message that this had been passed to their investigations team and the refund was being held. The conclusion of the investigation was that the correct items had been packaged, according to their warehouse surveillance system (despite not having the correct items in stock and not having correctly packed the layered bars either, which did follow to be fair) and as a result my account was being closed and they would not be accepting any further orders from me. Have a nice day.
Somewhat angered at this stage, I replied (through Facebook, since they had closed my account) asking to see this footage of the correct items (which they didn't have, by their own admission, which I still have the email confirming) to which I received no acknowledgement. I asked how the items could have been sent if they didn't have them? To which I got the stuck-record response "all items were correctly packed".
I sent a further message, again through Facebook, "Could someone look at this alleged footage and count the bags being packed? If the footage shows 2 (two) bags of protein being packaged, then that's the problem. Yes, I did receive 2 bags of protein, yes they were the correct flavour, but they were the incorrect weight, at only 2.5kg a piece, a total of 5kg, leaving me 5kg short of protein."
This, as a concept, is fairly straight forward. Pay for 10kg, received only 5kg, send a refund or send more protein. Look at the footage, shows 2 bags of protein being packaged? Didn't have 5kg bags, sent only 2 x 2.5kg instead, video confirms only 2 bags, customer received 2.5kg bags, there were no 5kg bags in stock? Customer is due 5kg of protein or a 50% refund.
Why is this so difficult to understand?

Got bombarded with discounts 15% for first order and 10% if using app did not look like I got any discount activated 15% from emails but did not see it
