Day 135 - Still no resolution or reply
It's now 135 days since i opened my dispute with My Protein - and not once has someone picked up the phone to help with a resolution.
Legally, I've been told to continue updating my complaint despite Kayleigh's complete lack of consideration and Sam/Ben's AI gibberish replies via Trust Pilot.
One of the worst companies I've ever experienced for customer service.
SAM/BEN /AI-generated agent - If you are going to reply to this message to act like Trust Pilot takes their complaints seriously, Do not reply with the usual waffle reply.
This complaint is not resolved, this complaint is not feedback and finally, this complaint will not go away.

App Changed My Order
I believed I was adding strawberry kiwi to my basket when I ordered but the app changed it to peach tea so I ordered the wrong one. I was trying to exchange it with them but they claimed it wasn’t possible so I’ve submitted a complaint.
