Misleading presentation: Their domain suggests a local presence in Switzerland, which obviously does not exist
When visiting your website, I deliberately chose your services because you suggest a Swiss presence. This implies not only short delivery times, but also a transparent cost structure with no hidden charges. Unfortunately, I found out that your information was misleading and that the actual service did not meet my expectations in any way:
1. Extremely long delivery times: The goods were delivered much later than advertised, which is not acceptable to me.
2. Additional costs: unexpected charges have been incurred which have not been clearly communicated beforehand. This is not only frivolous but bordering on deception.
3. Misleading representation: Your domain suggests a local presence in Switzerland, which obviously does not exist.
4.
I expect from a professional company clear and honest communication and a reliable service. Unfortunately, you have failed utterly in these respects.

Lovely product let down by a terrible delivery company and BOT customer service. I waited 10 days for delivery which is crazy in this day and age. At home on delivery day to be sent an email by Fastway to say delivery ‘left on porch’ no one called to the door and no package. Contacting MyProtein straightaway was told to go check my neighbours then submit a form! When I asked them to call their appointed delivery company as email only received within an hr again the BOT submit this form! Terrible service terrible delivery! Will not be ordering again which is a shame as I do love the products

Poor Customer Service Experience and delivery issues
concern,
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service experience regarding my recent order, which was due for delivery by October 23rd. Today is November 1st, and instead of reaching me, the product has been returned to the sender.
For the past 7 days, I’ve repeatedly flagged this issue, sending messages daily with concerns that the order would not be delivered. I even suggested I would reorder and collect it elsewhere if necessary. However, my messages were met with automated replies, asking me to "wait," despite the courier's site clearly indicating that the order was being returned to the sender.
I have now requested order cancellation twice, and both times, my request was ignored. This lack of response and clarity is unacceptable, especially as I urgently need these vitamins as part of my treatment. Now, due to these delays and lack of communication, I will have to wait even longer.

Bad pratice on returns
Amazing product, when you dont need support. I was out of whey one month ago and decided to buy it again from the same old Myprotein website, days after my pursase they send me an e-mail saying that my order was late, so I asked them to cancel, they told me that they can't but I could return the product as soon it arrives. So at the same day that it arrived I returned it. The box is already with them and they are asking me to wait more 30 days to send my money back. This is ridiculous. Bad practice they will keep my money invested for more than a month.

I don't recommend this is scam
I've been waiting 3 days for my order to be processed, which still hasn't been shipped. I asked for the cancellation of the order bu they wrote "I am sorry to hear you want to cancel your order 615083887. Unfortunately, I am unable to do this for you as the order has already entered the dispatch process. May I advise that you return the order for full refund once received." Every time I get the same response!!!! This is a scam!!!!

AVOID!!!extremely bad company to deal with
Very bad company to deal with. For starters it took almost 3 weeks for the order to arrive. When it arrived I realised I'd ordered the wrong flavour,so I tried to return it. I cam honestly say the return process for my protein is the single most confusing (deliberately confusing) and awkward return I've ever encountered.
I will never use this company again, no matter what offers they have.
Absolutely awful to deal with. AVOID

Only giving these guys 1* because you…
Only giving these guys 1* because you can’t give zero. Bought off these guys with supposed delivery. Still waiting over 2 weeks later and talking to their customer service people is like talking to a brick wall. Not helpful in the slightest. Very quick to take payment and then blame the courier/depot. Response was ‘talk to the depot’ Promise after promise that they will sort problem. Told I could get a refund then 2 days later told they wouldn’t refund me.
Will NEVER buy off these guys again.
Rubbish experience.

Bought the variety pack to try some…
Bought the variety pack to try some flavours and I must say I was truly impressed! The options were really nice and quite different among themselves, which gave me plenty to try. The order came super fast and was delivered at a collection point, so it was much easier to receive!
