Ordering is simple, delivery is quick and prices are good

Never sent out product and on top of that froze money. 2 times advising will get done in 24 hours and still nothing done. Telling me sorry and they will fix it.
Just because of their it glitch neither sent product neither giving refund. Promising will fix.
DONT BUY!!!
Best part of the story that month later they decided to charge my account and send item though I clearly did not need it anymore.
Only cause they had my bank account details.
Telling me they don't breach rules. When clearly were unable to cancel item.
Basically- >cheap product = cheap service
Now I had to sent it back and almost had to pay for posting back as they did not manage to arrange that.
God knows if I'm getting my money back....

So first time I had issues with delivery.
And said I'll never buy again but my housemate is regular client and persuaded me to give a second chance.

Called them said they will fix it.
Nothing in 2 days so I cancelled 18th
21st still procecing and no cancelation or delivery.
So I bough ON Gold for 91£ 4.5 kg instead of your 5kg I been waiting.
Who cares to save money when service is like this.
Overall in short time out of 3 parcels 2 arrived.
Don't need to say anything else.

This is my first time buying from my protein and I was expecting it to take ages considering some of the reviews I'd read before hand. But it was delivered when said, products as described. Can't fault it will continue to use this website!

Always swift delivery and never any problems. Keep an eye out for their deals they don't spam like many other companies you can buy supplements from.

I have ordered £43.96 worth of protein powder and paid £1.99 to delivery, Received one pouch (worth of £13.98 slightly opened). Customer service advisor emailed me the return label with return address and barcode, not only that it says “CUT OUT THIS LABEL AND ATTACHED SECURELY TO YOUR PARCEL”. (There was a 2nd email few min later with royal mail link to create own label which I ignore as I already received a return label).

I was wrong, wasted my time and journey to post office, not only that label says “PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 10 WORKING DAYS FOR YOUR RETURN TO BE RECEIVED”.

Most painful part is the respond from customer service “YOUR FAULT YOU HAVEN’T FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON 2ND EMAIL” make it shorter, overall really unpleasant customer service experience. Will never buy again rather pay more for better customer service?

I've started to make all my purchases from Myprotein, due to the great products and prices. They never disappointed me, and always delivered in the established deadlines. Myprotein keep up the good work!

I bought some cookies from here they tasted like they had gone off.

i wrote a review on the cookie and email them got no reply and my review got deleted.

There clothes are very good on the other hand.

And yet again left disappointed as yodel fail to deliver...
Paid for next day delivery and then the item was apparently delivered. Nothing had been, contact yodel and they say it will take 3-5 working days to find out whats happened.

This is stupid now, this happens time and time again from yodel. Why do you still use them!

I'm not moving over from myprotien and ordering everything off amazon. At least then i know it will at arrive!

Ordered many times from these guys and always had fantastic service. Prices are good, quality of products is good and delivery time is spot on. Can't complain about a single thing. Keep up the good work, I know I won't be buying my protein from anywhere else.

Tried lots of different protein brands, this is by far the best. The website is easy to use and ordering is simple and quick. Will not use anyone else now. Always have great offers on. High recommend!

I've used this company for a number of years and will continue to do so. I've never had an issue, and the product is always great tasting!

Used alot of supps suppliers and these guys have now let me down twice. Takes too long for delivery, (probs because they use YODEL voted worst deliverers 2 X) and the whey protien was sub standard compared to other similar budget brands.
Never been one to write reviews but poor service should be highlighted.
Bulk Powders were great in comparison.

First order next day delivery still not delivered after 2.5 weeks! so re ordered and opted for the 'Premium' DPD next day did not arrive at 17:00 hours so contacted DPD who said they have not yet been given the package, completely shocking service. Honestly take my word and shop elsewhere! £100 down and still NO products! Contacted them on FB, TWITTER VIA EMAIL and they are useless

By far the best protein i have ever tried! Great value, mixes perfectly and natural strawberry/chocolate tastes AMAZING! Tried so many protein shakes and have hated the after taste and powdery texture, but can honestly say il never need to try another one. Try it and im sure you'l agree😃

I've ordered every month from myprotein for the past few years and I've never once had an issue. I would stay away from the protein bread and protein pasta though, it simply doesn't replace the real thing and tastes clunky.

I ordered Inulin on the 8th April after seeing the benefits on the TV program How to Stay Young I am a new customer to MyProtein (MP).
My order was accepted as normal and I thought nothing more of it until I recieved an email from MP advising me that they have noticed that something was wrong and that they are looking into it. That was 2 days after I ordered. Since that time I have sent 3 emails and I am still non the wiser on exactly when I will be sent my order!! The email replys are lame standard formats that ignore the actual complaint about delay and being charged delivery for a product they are clearly unable to supply. Why not just "say" they have problems rather than let Cust Svs give patronising empty responses that leave me with nothing other than "your order is now being processed and when completed will be sent within 2-3 working days". I am no further forward than I was 8 days ago - BUT they have my money and I have a bad taste after my first and LAST purchase that will arrive whenever!!! Appauling service - buy elsewhere from a Company that actually gives a damn - I certainly will...

We were considering ordering more protein and after seeing MyProtein's offer of 30% off and a free gift we decided to order there and then rather than waiting or looking elsewhere.

We selected the items we wanted and added the code as per the instruction and got the discount quoted. We then paid and waited for our goods and free gift to arrive.

The goods arrived early the next morning which we were very impressed with considering we ordered the previous night at 8pm. However, no free gift.

After messaging MyProtein, the somewhat patronising reply pointed out that to get free gift we needed to select an item from a list, add it to our basket and then it would have appeared as free.

This all seemed a little dishonest to me as there was no mention of this on the page that listed the code for the Discount/Gift and at no point further through the ordering process were we informed that we were missing out on a free gift and needed to select one.

Considering we had spent over 3 times the minimum threshold to get the discount/gift and that we've previously spent over £1000 with MyProtein, we feel cheated at the way this was done.

All in all, next time we order protein we will look elsewhere. There's something to be said for companies like ASDA and Wilko that just have permanently low prices rather than offering discounts and cashback that are often not what they seem.

The protein itself is perfect, just the ordering experience let it down.

I have just received my second order with Myprorein. I placed it around 3pm on Saturday and it was delivered around midday on Sunday. Outstanding order turnaround and on a weekend ! I was introduced to Myprotien by our club nutrition 'guru' and I placed my second order, principly for carbs and green supliments following a nutritional seminar by the same guy. I would reccomend Myprotein's products without reservation and with therir order turnround you cant go wrong !

fantastic as always, could not be happier. Value for money, it does not get much better! Look no further.
