Nice Teacher
Easy to understand the examples for situations that may come up. Very nice teacher.
Couldn’t ask for anything better!
This school has literally changed my life! Everything from the licensing course, to continuing education, helped me prepare for my life in real estate. Even passing all exams on the first try! So thankful for the teachers!!

His ability to combine real life situations along with his teachings made for easy understanding of the topics. Excellent people will explain course
I have taken con ed and my broker license through MIRE and always learn!!
Namir always is great!! The time spent was shorter without lunch and breaks. There was almost too much information and I didn't like taking a test at end. I took many notes and only one note applied to one question. I think next time, I will do the class without a test after. There was much new information. However, I did pass.

Fees for license hold service not clearly explained.
The representative who answered my call was nice and explained costs associated with placing my real estate license on hold. I thought I was being quoted the total required cost for a one year period. So, I paid the fee. About two months later; I received a new bill for the same amount that I had initially paid. So, I called to inquire about being charged for the same service, only a few months apart. The representative informed me that I had initially paid nearly $100 for only 2 months of service because the company does not pro-rate fees. As such, I was being billed again for the same amount, but this time it would cover a one year period. I was very disappointed, and felt like I had been taken. Had I known that I was paying a full year's fee for 2 months of coverage, I would have waited to start the hold service. What occurred seems dishonest. I will probably search for another office that offers the same service at a similar cost.
