I needed a fast remedy for a server problem holding up a job that I am working on and need to deliver Monday morning.
Frank Simpson (Technical Support Department) solved my problem fast. Within half an hour, I could proceed with my rush job. It's Sunday evening now and I was pleasantly surprised to get help at this time!
