I had an awful experience from this company, they still owe me money and won't respond to emaills or phone calls, Disapointing and frustrating to say the least

They are my favourite for toys and crafts, every order has come in excellent condition and have provided hours of entertainment.

Awful, rip off organisation only interested in money and do not value the customer

I cannot rate Myriad highly enough. I'd ordered a number of items for Christmas. Delivery was prompt and everything carefully packed. Everything was just exquisite. I was using one of the products the other day from their Arts and Crafts section and it broke. I was so bummed as it put a slight blot on my happy purchase. Even though I'd used said item which was part of a set, I decided to write Myriad to see if they could help me out in any way. Their reply was prompt, their action swift, and they have now gained a life-long customer in me. I would've rated them five stars to begin with, but now I'd give them double that if I could. Stunning products and when there was an issue (due to no fault of their own) they sorted it immediately. Very happy to support and champion this family owned business.

I have been searching for Grimms toys for a while now and always been hesitant because of the price. I randomly came across myriads website and I’m so impressed! They had loads of grimms products and the ones I wanted were on a promotional offer too. I placed my order and chose the basic delivery option as I wasn’t on a time crunch for them, I ordered on Thursday and I have them in my hands now (Saturday)! Honestly so impressed with myriads service and it was packaged very well too. Thank you so much! I’ve already been back on the website and saved all the products I want to order next :) I’ll definitely be a returning customer

I've been a regular customer for several years now and I LOVE this little business. It's a family business that gives to its community with care and kindness. Myriad has a big heart! Customer service is excellent, nothing's too much trouble for them to help with. They have a fair exchange policy and staff are knowledgeable in how to make the best creative use of their craft and open play items. Recommend them mostly highly. Myriad toys is a thing of JOY 😊

Myriad is a great website but my order came packed in masses of polystrene pellets. Surely that isn't acceptable these days? I won't buy from them again until they sort out some less damaging packaging.

Have ordered twice from this business over the last 3 months and have found products to be of excellent quality. Really beautiful toys and products for the home. Initially I thought p&p was expensive but each delivery arrived swiftly the next day in a well packed parcel. Excellent service and will definitely shop here again.

Wonderful choice of natural and eco friendly toys and household items. Family run business that really cares about customers and has delivered a fantastic service for years, and kept up with increased customer orders during Covid-19. Parcels arrive fast and well packaged, without plastic. The children love the corn starch packing peanuts for playing and crafting so nothing is wasted. Repeat happy customer here. The toys and craft items are worth every penny.
