Help with complicated situation!

I had a tricky situation to deal with that wasn't listed as an option on the MyRushPassport site. I got bounced around any told different things from a few different agents, but once I connected with Merciline Ofelin, she was incredibly helpful, thorough, knowledgeable and efficient in explaining exactly what I needed to do (which I was very confused by initially), and how to do it without screwing it up too badly. The passport came super quickly, and I definitely would've messed it up without her help.

Great Job!

This company helped to expedite my passport in time for me to go on an important business trip. There staff was extremely helpful every time I called, and walked me through everything step by step. I would definitely recommend this company to others!
