This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I ordered leather boots and received plastic, shoddy poor quality goods. They were far too big as well. I asked for a refund and was told there was a high cost in returning the boots so they would partially refund me. I emailed for several months. They said they had processed the refund and blamed my bank. Never got a refund.
Avoid this company . I would like to say more but they make me swear. So so angry with them.

Company is fake

Company is fake, sending worn goods, very bad quality, pretending to be in london and advising to return items at your cost to China. Scam, stay away!

Total scammers

Total scammers. They send a different product to listed on their website, it comes from China several months later, they are NOT based in London, the phone number listed on their website is an invalid mobile number and they never respond to emails.

Mysa London is a scam company

Mysa London is a scam company. Do not use it. Everything about is is illusory. It is not in London, nor anywhere else in the UK. It is not registered with Companies House and therefore unlikely to be registered with HMRC. An email address is shown, but all emails sent there generate a ‘delivery has failed’ message. A phone number is shown, a mobile number, but ringing that generates a ‘this number is not recognised’ message. The Legal Notice page of their website shows an address in Maastricht, Netherlands; the address is that of the Maastricht Municipal Offices. All of this may help to explain why Mysa does not comply with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act 2015; the legislation that, amongst other things, protects shoppers from unscrupulous selling behaviours. In my case the item bought was nothing like that advertised and my requests for a full refund were met with delaying tactics and the requirement to return the item, at my own expense, to the warehouse in China.

All of this begs the question of why Google continues to show it as one of the first business to be listed. Should we not expect better from Google?

This company is an AI fake I do not…

This company is an AI fake I do not believe Evri even received the the shipment. The CS response is AI generated so don’t be fooled. Amazing the website is allowed to remain as the company was dissolved last year! Don’t Buy!

Oh dear!!

Oh dear!!
DO NOT order from this company. My bag finally arrived, nothing like the picture, very poor quality. Trying to return it is a joke. Email not recognised, neither is the phone number. I had one reply about returning my goods, then silence. I have taken it up with my credit card company and they have refunded me the money pending an investigation. I might have to give it back
Another dodgy online company 😩

My experience is the exact same as…

My experience is the exact same as Laura B's. Cheap imitations from China that do not match the items advertised. Isn't this illegal? Trying to get in touch with them, hopelss! The inbox is always full. When you do get through you have to pay about £20 to return items and then to go through the excruciating process of providing a tracking number! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY!

I should have checked but was in too much of a hurry.Nail fungus laser treatment £33.
Delivered without the transformer or battery who knows?
Send back to China or settle for 20%
This is not legal. Just a scam. Mailbox full deliberate ploy so they don't get a response.

This Co is fake

This Co is fake. Their goods are extremely poor quality and they are based in China and NOT IN Netherlands. Their email and mobile phone are not contactable - though Customer Service will be in touch and drag the procedure deliberately on REFUND PROCESS. They will take your money and run. They should be striked off.

Poor quality products, without the price tag.

Just as the majority of you all, I thought I was ordering from a London company until the tracking number advised being delivered from China. I am disappointed with the quality of the boots I received, again nothing like the pictures. I contacted Mysa and at first received replies to my emails until I was asked to send pictures over and then nothing but full in box for days, despite repeatedly resending. Until I advised I would just contact my card issuers and leave them deal with it. I received a reply within 10 minutes. I settled with a 25% discount as I didn't want the hassle of returning.
