Do not buy from this site!! Purchased what I assumed were good quality boots (Doc Martens) as advertised. Arrived a week or so later terrible quality and some jargon on the heel tag! Clearly not Doc Martens. Contacted customer service, told to send images of the boots and a reason for returning, email keeps failing to send as recipients inbox is full?!?!

Even though Shipping policy states 4-5 business days for a delivery I’m still waiting for my order which was ordered on 12th Dec. Today is 23rd of December.
Unfortunately the order will not come on time for Christmas. Cannot return it either as all cost is on the customer side.

When read the reviews on the Mysalondon website, they are all great, with the fast delivery mostly highlited. They shipping policy also says 4-5 business days to be deliver. Nothing came true for me.

Absolute joke as an online shop. I don't know what I was thinking. I had fraud on my credit card a day after I placed the order. The boots looked like Dr Martens but turned out to be fakes stinking of glue & of a very poor quality. When I've tried to return them - I was asked for photos & my emails bounced back as the inbox was full every time I've tried to send photos. When the email eventually was sent, I was ignored. I'm going to raise a dispute with my credit card company. I can't believe I got scammed like this.

Wow sooo wish I had read reviews before ordering from this scam of a company!!! Ordered coat and took a month to arrive and the quality was extremely poor. Emails not going through after my initially email I was told the same thing as others, can return for refund but then all further emails of photos and requests for address to return have been ignored for over a week now!! Shocking that this can happen and they can get away with over £50 of my money!!!’

My coat took forever to arrive, and when it did it was cheaply made and didn't fit properly. Complete waste of my time and money, and I have to pay to return it, and wait for a refund - if one ever comes. Don't touch them. They are not UK based as the name suggests. Very misleading. Never again.

Do not order from this company. It’s not in the UK it’s fake pictures. They ignore you if you want to return their rubbish products and they take about a month to deliver. Awful Chinese company

This isn't a UK company! Delivery expected within 3 days, took 3 weeks and came from China.
Website said the coat was genuine leather, it came and label says 100% polyester! Customer service asked me to send photos of item i wasn't happy with but when I did got an email back saying recipients email was unreachable! Wish I'd read reviews before ordering, now having to try claim my money back through my credit card company!

How I really wish I’d done my research and checked the reviews here before ordering from this scam company. Ordered a pair of boots for a Xmas present. Arrived out of the quoted delivery time, no shoe box just wrapped in a plastic mailer bag. Cheap nasty quality, made in China and smell strongly of nasty chemical's.
There’s no actual returns process on the website which tells you everything you need to know - they are a scam company and have no intention of refunding anyone’s money.
I have sent several emails also provided photos as requested - although any legitimate company wouldn’t ask for photos, and I quote “before I can share our returns address”????
Having done my research now, albeit too late, the business is registered to one person and was dissolved on 17 June 2025. When incorporated Dec 2021 it was listed as 96020 - Hairdressing and other beauty treatment???
Given all the bad reviews and my personal experience I have reported the company and registered person to both Citizens Advice/Trading Standards and Action Fraud.

Dec 03 - received item
Dec 04 - emailed company to confirm the return process as it’s not on the website. Reply received from ‘Sophie’ and advised I have 30days to return however I would have to pay shipping fee but didn’t provide the address to return to so I replied asking for address. Received a reply from ‘Anna’ requesting reason for return and photos showing them is “in good, undamaged condition”.
I have sent photos.
Dec 06 - followed up on my last email as no reply and advised I will take further action if someone doesn’t respond.
Here we are, Dec 09 and still no reply to my last email.

I fully encourage anyone else scammed by this company to report it to Action Fraud and Citizens Advice/Trading Standards. You might just think to write it off as a bad experience but they’ll only do this again to someone else!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. They masquerade as a London-based company selling British brands, yet ship from China. Their shipping policy is 1 business day to process, 4 business days to deliver for UK orders. I'm 7 business days in and the tracking is showing my order still in China (processed only 2 days ago).

To make matters worse, I've now realised that the items I bought are fake. This lot are denying it (obviously) and refusing to offer a refund or cancel the order. Judging by the other reviews here, I'll be lucky to get anything back from them, even after the order does eventually turn up.

Don't make the same mistake I did.

Forget trying to return anything, they are Impossible to get hold of, you just get standard template response. Quality of clothing is appalling, customer service is even worse.

Please don't order from this disgusting company you can't return and they are con artists

I bought a wash bag for £31 . I usually do a Trustpilot check before I buy from new websites but getting closer to Christmas was busy and forgot ( I guess they rely on this). Thought it was all uk based . The product did arrive but the quality is poor, thin , flimsy, cheap definitely not worth the money. I bought another similar from Amazon for half the price which is far superior. I haven’t tried to return as I’m pretty sure I wont get anywhere or be told to return to china at some extortionate cost so unfortunately I’ve just chalked it up to experience. Don’t buy from here.

Absolutely awful - avoid! Would give 0 stars. Product ordered of the lowest quality, wrong size and returning it made impossible by non-existing customer service. Had to rely on my bank's policy to get my money back. Never again!

If I could leave no stars I would. This company are not based in London but in China. I ordered two skirts which did not arrive in their stated four days but instead took three weeks. I have been now sending emails to request a return and refund since 24th of November. I had one reply after five days asking me to send photographs which I did immediately. I have had absolutely no response since even though I have sent several more emails. I have now contacted my bank. I would strongly advise not using this company at all.

Do not buy from here ! Ordered a coat for £52, when arrived was bad quality and no hood as described. Sent 3 emails over 3 days and finally got a reply that I had to send pictures of the coat and why I didn’t want it, did that straight away and asked for a return address and was told they wouldn’t disclose it until they had looked at the info sent, we are now on day 8 since I first requested a return and nothing but silence for days even though follow up emails from myself have been sent over the past few days. Terrible customer service and rubbish quality.

Sizing’s proper accurate, which is rare online. The fabric’s light and airy, perfect for summer. Feels like a brand that actually delivers what they show. Definitely worth it.

The product was advertised as Dr martens boots said they would be delivered in 4 days, 3 weeks later they finally arrived not even in a box in a bag the smell is disgusting.
Very poor quality I wouldn't pay 20 pound never mind 80, sent 8 emails not had a single reply 🙄

Ordered my item on 5th November, still no delivery. Usual generic responses and failed to respond for my request for a refund. I'm still waiting and the company has now ceased all communication. I've emailed several times with no response. So I'm out of pocket and had to source another item from elsewhere. Id avoid this company totally, don't buy anything from them. Not based in the UK. A quick search on the company on Trustpilot (which I should have done) Shows this company is notorious for failed deliveries and shoddy items. With verified users.
