Fake Chinese company pretending to be Canadian. Really scummy thing to do.

They even put a fake address on their website that is actually a Tim Hortons.

Don't believe any positive reviews on here. Total scam. I received a piece of garbage iron on shirt that looked nothing like the website. It came from China and not Canada. Tried to get a refund but they conveniently have gone unresponsive.

Well...there had to be a first time. I usually am pretty good at spotting scammers, but with a busy Christmas schedule I did not take the time to live up to my rule of looking at reviews first.
Had I known these goods were being shipped out of China, I would not have bought them.
These guys suck.

Same thing as everyone else. The shirt is grossly huge and you cannot make the logo writing on the shirt. I have emailed them to no avail. The phone number is Tim Hortons number and it's been a well known issue with this company. We should all get together and file a lawsuit against them using Canada address and such under false pretense. I am not even sure if I will get my money back now. I am heartbroken really. When you try and support small businesses during these tough pandemic times and they legit burn you. I will not be purchasing from them ever again.

Chinese scam artists up to their tricks again. Website claims you have 12 hours to cancel order for a full refund. Asked for a refund after 5 hours when I received notice that it was being shipped from China. Scammers refuse to give me my refund because they created a shipping label prior to my 12 hour period. Had to cancel my credit card and file a fraud charge against them.

I ordered Nov 27 and received it Nov 30. The shirts were exactly what I ordered and expected. I had a question during the process and emailed them, and got a helpful response back right away. I would order from My Shirts Canada again.

If I could put. - star I would. I ordered a t-shirt for my wife’s 50th and didn’t realize it was a scam until I saw it shipped from China. Not Canada. Luckily Mastercard will reimburse me and go after the merchant for charges. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

One star is too many. I have not received my order and fear I will not receive it at all. Cannot contact, have tried many times. Phone number is Tim Horton's. I assume this is all a scam, which is really too bad - it was a gift from my kids for their dad's birthday.

Ordered a medium and it's ridiculously small - tried to email them five times and they don't answer so I tried calling them. It's a Tim Hortons in Edmonton! Started a dispute with Visa and they're working on it. EVERYONE SHOULD DO THIS IF THEY PAID BY VISA!! I emailed again and told them I'm disputing the charge with Visa, so they finally answered my email.They want me to ship the shirt back to China which would cost more than the shirt. Hope Visa will be able to help. If enough people take this up with Visa maybe we can put these scammers out of business!

This is NOT a Canadian company. Received wrong size and would cost more than shirt is worth to send it back. Customer service not great.

Absolutely horrible product and service. I got wrong size despite of them confirming that I will get the size I ordered.
It took PayPal's intervention and lot of persistent followups to get my money back. They asked me to ship the return to some factory in China despite listing a Canadian return address on their website.

Stay miles away from them. I only gave 1 star because there was no option for none.

Placed an order and when it arrived the quality was very poor. The print is plastic feeling and smeared along with they printed it over loose thread that is now telegraphing through. I tried to contact the email I was given and it bounced it back saying it doesn't exist. The info@ email I tried has still received no response. Definitely an illegitimate company.

Received the 3 shirts I ordered. One came ripped, tried emailing their support email and it bounced. Tried calling and it goes to a Tim Hortons. Appears they are not very legit. I would not recommend them.

The address and phone number both belong to a poor Tim Hortons down the street, who apparently get harassed by calls for this company regularly.

The “officially licensed by Peanuts” is definitely not.
No TM or copyright in text or images, or even proper punctuation.

It sounds like some customers do receive their orders (from the company in the China posing as a Canadian company), but with principles like that, don’t expect the product to surpass them, or the customer service.

I made the mistake of not checking them out first before my order. Order come from China but that is not the problem bought 3 tshirts and 2 of the 3 were terrible printing and could not see them clearly and looked like coming off… buyer beware and they have not answered my email.

I ordered two t-shirts (one to say Thelma and one to say Louise). I received two with the same name. I emailed them, they asked for a picture (so I sent it) and they offered to send one t-shirt with the correct name. I was purchasing these t-shirts for a retreat my friend and I were attending not even a week later so the new one would not arrive on time so I explained that, declined their offer and requested I return both t-shirts for a full refund. After that, despite sending several more emails, I heard nothing. Dead silence....ghosted. I went back to their Return & Refund page and found another email address and decided to try them and guess what!!?? This email bounced back to me as not found or could not accept emails. This was their specific instructions on their own website. Obviously a total scam. PLEASE do not buy from this company. Read ALL the reviews on them.

Shirts have misprints and wrong colour. Emailed them twice and no response. I also called the number on the website and it is Tim Hortons

SCAM!!!! Print quality is horrible on colored shirts. You will not be refunded & you would have to pay shipping both ways. Website address is a Tim Horton location in Edmonton but packages ship from 70 Gibson Drive, unit 7, Markham, Ontario. Someone needs to report them or pay them a visit...

A complete Scam!!!! The delivery company they used set my package to the wrong address we're not informed them not only will they not resend the item to the correct address but they will not refund me they took my money and drop my package off wherever they felt like it and now they tried to wash their hands clean of the entire situation.
