If I could give 0 starts I would. Disgusting service! Ordered two outfits one which was £474 told me they could make in my size and for when I needed. Lied, sent me a smaller size that they had opened up and adjusted as there were seams that had been opened to make it a bigger size and sewn in the size label of what I needed. Can tell it’s not a freshly made piece as has a hole in it and dirt marks!! Have been, calling, messaging, sending pictures etc to arrange a return and refund and they are ignoring me. Arrived later than needed, via a different courier as discussed constantly lied to. Avoid at all costs. I’m upset beyond measure and they have robbed my hard earned money from me. Do not buy from Mysie.
Ordered on 28th September 2025 they didn’t even bother to give an order number via the online watsapp order team.

Excellent experience with Mysie. I placed my order very late with them and they still delivered on time. My order was placed through WhatsApp (I’m from the UK) and the communication was great and I was responded to promptly every time. My outfit was also beautiful and quality was also really good. Amazing Quality . Did urgent order still received before time . The detailing was so fine n the dress was so elegant . I love it . Now i am a regular customer of mysie .

I placed an order for 2 outfits and was guaranteed delivery by my requested date (about 3 weeks out). Mysie failed to deliver by that date and did not communicate any delays.

To this day, nothing has been shipped. Mysie only ignored my multiple requests for refund and proceeded to share a video of 1 finished outfit. They refuse to: Ship the completed item + provide a partial refund, or simply provide a full refund.

I have since reported their accounts to WorldRemit, TapTapSend, and international money exchange banks. This appears to be a scam operation, and I strongly caution others against sending money to them, ordering from them, or even thinking they are real. Shame on you Tahira Zahid.

I ordered an outfit for my friends wedding, the communication from placing the order, in between receiving the order they sent me photos and measurements of the outfit, all the way til my outfit was delivered to me. The outfit came exactly how I wanted it and the stitching was perfect as it fitted really well. I love their outfits and they make me look amazing on my friends big day.

My experience was wonderful, they were really good with responding on time and giving updates on the making of the outfit. The price was reasonable and they showed us a video of the final product, all in the experience was amazing!

The salesperson I worked with did an excellent job communicating with me and ensured I got my shipment on time.
But the quality of the dresses and their stitching was extremely poor! I do not recommend this company at all!! You would rather you buy from somewhere else or you get your dress custom made!

A massive thankyou to Mysie & Co especially Kanwal for keeping me upto date with each and every step of the way! My dresses arrived today to the UK & i’m over the moon! Thankyou once again! Definitely recommend that people from the UK should order with confidence as they will never let you down.

If I could give this a 0 start I would !! How awful this company is and how disgusting the clothes are, they advertise something else and as soon as they get the payment they don’t care about anything. They send you disgusting clothes and on top don’t answer ur calls!!!! Never buy from them!!

Please don’t buy from this company unless you have money to waste, I ordered 2 months ago and was promised I’d get my outfit for 10th July I’ve been trying to contact them with different numbers and as I’ve asked for refund they have stopped answering my calls, £800 gone to waste

Service was great, team was amazing, clothes were delivered before date that was given and clothes arrived in amazing quality just like I wanted made for my measurement.

Zero rating very cheap quality .. its not worth the money i spend ... quality is down market .... The team is expert in conning people ... thry charged me extra money for urgent order and double money for shipping .... total failure brand and disappointed with purchase
