The Silvery customer service department was very responsive to my communication, and I feel confident that my issue is being resolved to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the sheets overall -- I love the generous size of the flat sheet and the heavy duty elastic corners of the fitted sheets. And the feel of these sheets is wonderful!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Silvery. My problem was resolved over a holiday weekend.

Ordering and product

I had an allergic reaction to using their sheets. I broke out in a rash all over my back side and side (since I am a back and side sleeper). In speaking with my doctor and noting the only change I made was buying these sheets and using them, we decided it was just probably a reaction to the silver infusion sheets. I contacted customer service to return them as I cannot use them any longer and they were easy to work with and handled my situation with care as well as promptly and professional. I wish nothing but the best for them and wish I could continue to support them!

As soon as I found the problem with my fitted sheet they were very responsive and did all they could to correct the issue. Thanks!!

Excellent customer service! The company responded right away. They sent new sheets to replace the ones that pilled after washing. I haven’t used these new ones yet. Here’s hoping they hold up.

We had a slight problem with the First sheets and the company replaced them and told us to keep the first ones… They were very prompt in their service and reply and are very happy with the replacement sheets… They are awesome

These are the comfort sheets that I ordered. I have the original ones too. I like these comfort ones much better. They aren't as chilly as my first ones. I do like that I can still find a cool spot for my feet or legs with either one. I just like both of them. My husband prefers the comfort ones. He sleeps cold and needs lots of blankets. I sleep hot.

I got Silvery on Rodaneer clothes for women's website and contacted them about my order and even though they weren't the right customer service they contacted me immediately in less than 15 minutes of my emailing,now that's what customer service should be for all business and companies. Even though they couldn't help me they still reached out, thanks Silvery.
