Our Detailed Site Plan/Residential includes all existing property conditions - structures/features, lawn, shrubbery etc. -- that we can see via publicly available satellite imagery. We don't list elements like utility lines, easements, flood plane data etc. in the list of elements we include since we can't see these via satellite, BUT we can add them with client input. We also include as an option in the order form other elements that permitting offices may ask for such as Impervious Surface Calculation, Vicinity Map etc. Thanks again, James.
