Waste of time and effort
Literal waste of time. None of the instructions were followed, rep was not US based and clearly a second language.
The site plans are not accepted and they require a certified site plan so this was jsut a total waste of money, effort and time thinly disguised as a valuable service. It wasn't.
Ordered a combined site plan ($296, with topo lines, impervious surface calc, and DWG file add-ons) for a shop + pool project requiring county stormwater/MISA compliance. The numbers came back wrong on both counts:
- Existing impervious surface was listed at 6,725 sq ft. The county had already confirmed my actual existing impervious at 6,076 sq ft — off by nearly 650 sq ft.
- The pool was calculated at only 636 sq ft, which is basically just the pool's water footprint. Every pool contractor I've talked to has quoted 2,100+ sq ft once you include the surrounding hardscape/decking, which absolutely counts toward impervious surface for stormwater purposes.
This isn't a minor rounding error — it's the kind of mistake that could get a permit application kicked back or, worse, undersize a required stormwater mitigation system. For a product whose entire value proposition is accurate impervious surface calculations for permitting, getting both numbers wrong isn't acceptable. Would not use again for anything permit-critical.
