Goods never show up its a scam beware

Placed an order 4th February, order 1829. Called after a few weeks initially, told supplier problems but order will be honoured. I’ve just had to unfortunately raise this with AMEX and see if I can get a refund of the £170 they’ve been holding of mine for months. Just worried they’re going or have gone out of business and I’ll lose my money. Shame they’re scamming so many people! 😔

As per many other reviewers of this company, I placed an order that never arrived. After receiving several emails explaining that the items were out of stock, I requested an update 4 months after the initial order was placed, to which the company simply cancelled my order and refused to refund me. They are now challenging the dispute with my credit card company, even when their own web sites states the order as being cancelled. Clearly this is not a reputable company - I see that their web site is currently "down" - likely for good!

I'm afraid I've had the same experience as outlined in many of the other reviews –– after waiting months for an order to be fulfilled, I asked for a refund, only to be told that a refund isn't possible (??) and a "chargeback" must be requested from my bank. As it has been so long, my bank can no longer dispute this charge. Now, I have been ghosted by the company and they won't return my emails / phone calls. Avoid at all costs –– these people are absolute fraudsters.

I experienced the same problems like most on here. No product, no reply, no refund, their website needs to get shut down. Scammers, that's what they are.

(Pretty much the same story as the others I have read) I placed an order with these guys in February and I gave them the month as stated on their website to allow for stock to come in, I then emailed them and they said they are waiting for stock to come in, I did give them the benefit of the doubt, but after a bit of back and forth over a few months I eventually asked for a refund and after not getting a refund after waiting over a month I went to my bank and did a chargeback through my bank. I then ordered the same product via Amazon and got it in a few days, the moral of the story is don't use these guys, maybe use Amazon instead.

Like the other reviews ordered over £400 of goods which was not delivered. Told me they had a technical problem and to go through my bank to get money back.

Knee capping is what this thief requires.

Goods have not been delivered. Ordered beginning of April and no response to emails.

Shocking customer experience. Still no reply, no update on order since February, no response to email requesting a refund. Please sort this out.

Placed an order in February. They respnded to my emails very promptly (although not professionally hence why I became suspicious). I eventually asked for a refund, no refund came and now there is silence. Raised it with my Bank but unfortunately I was unable to get my money back. Definitely beware before ordering!

I placed an order in February and was told there was a delay on delivery due to an issue at the supplier when I contacted them on 29 March. It is now June and still have not received my goods and have been told they can’t process a refund. Please be wary about this company.

This company is a sister company to squizzas who have equally an appalling record for delivering. Do not order from this firm the director needs jailing as this is a clear scam that's operating

Placed an order over a month ago, Not received anything as of yet. Requested a refund 2 weeks ago, not yet received a refund. Ignoring emails, not answering the phone. Completely in the dark, not sure what to do next.

No communication at all for 30 days. When I contacted them all I received was an email saying my order was cancelled and I "had been refunded". No sign of the refund yet and given the reviews Ive now read I'm not holding my breath. Now have to find a present for my husband's 40th at very short notice. Furious.

7 days since order was placed and it is not shipped yet. Extremely poor experience compared with other marketplaces. Will not order again

Avoid at all cost. They did not honour my order and refused to refund via the usual method.

This has got to be the worst company I have ever dealt with online. Brought an item from their site on the 4th Feb 2021, only to be told after purchasing, the item was not in stock, after countless emails about a new stock delivery, and waiting for over a month, I requested a cancellation, this was acknowledged via email and a promise of a refund return within 10 working days, 5 weeks later and still no return and no correspondence back from emails. Tried ringing them but all you get is all our lines are busy, please use our FAQ on the website or leave a message, you just get to where you want to leave your message, only to be told their message inbox is full and cannot accept anymore messages. I am now leaving this with a legal team. Save your money folks and stay well clear of this shocking company.
