I just put in a rental application with them. Their credit report seemed to have my current credit information but old address information, so I got a much lower score than I expected. I have my current address on my driver's license, but we'll see if my application is accepted. Is this another AI app?

Trialed but the data provided is of limited value because the tenant's previous and present electoral roll data was frequently either absent or incorrect.

Presumably this is because electoral roll data is not always imported and thus updated by Transunion from the tenant's local authority, even though the tenant is recorded on the electoral roll. On eg Experian's equivalent service this data was always present and matched the documentation they provided.

The other data present - financial - was thin but the accuracy almost matched that of Experian and Equifax's equivalent services. The issue here was that there was a higher incidence of wrong subject inclusion - eg another John Smith's data included. Also decades old linked addresses where the tenant had never lived.

A shame but then you get what you pay for. Until these problems are fixed, I'd avoid.
