Dave and Terry were super professional and really knew their stuff, taking perfect care of our furniture! They made what could’ve been a stressful morning, into a fun experience! Thank you!

These guys are clearly on a mission. Basically, they know how tough and stressful moving house can be... And they've worked hard to address every single problem and anxiety that may be encountered along the line: and have a perfect solution!

Fantastic experience!! The team are very professional and experienced! Organised everything by room, handled everything with care, took their time to ensure no breakage, no walls damaged, worked endlessly even though my old flat to the new flat access was horrible including many stairs, the whole team worked professionally and always smiling. I would definitely reccomend them, very happy with the service of the whole team, Alistair's communication was also fantastic and made organsing the move that much better. I’ve used Smooth Moves twice now, recommended them to my friends, and will definitely use them again! Not only are they a really lovely bunch, but they’re super helpful and took a lot of the stress out of the process. If you’re like me and would rather eat glass than make flat-pack furniture(!), then they also offer this service at a really reasonable price. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Got out of our property quickly and efficiently, and with great care taken. Great price, and Ali was as able to organise a second van on the day, when it started to look like everything wasn't going to fit in the booked Luton van. Flexible with timings, as we had a bit of a wait to pick up the keys to our new property.

I have moved many times in my life but I have never had such a good experience as with My Smooth Moves. Tom and Will were brilliant in every way and went beyond what they needed to, to make everything run like clockwork. If I move again this is the only company I will move with. THANKYOU!

Cannot recommend this company highly enough! Word of mouth recommendation and Alistair was fantastic from the moment I got in touch. We booked a date for our move and when it was brought forward a week at very short notice and I contacted him in a huge panic, Alistair's response to solving the problem was fantastic. The crew who packed everything and moved us were great, good communication throughout. We have a lot of big pieces of furniture which needed dismantling and rebuilding - no problems at all. All artwork and breakables packed really carefully. No breakages whatsoever and everyone remained cheerful despite a long move day. Since our move, Alistair has picked up the empty boxes twice and is going to move a big heavy piece of furniture to a new location in the house.
I hope we won't move again, but if we do I won't hesitate to use My Smooth Moves.

We recently used My Smooth Moves to help us with moving some (very) heavy furniture from our house into the garage ahead of renovations. From first contact with Alastair, getting a quote and booking the job to completion, everything was as easy as I could wish for. All our things were satisfactorily protected for storage and they were super careful in moving and placing everything where it needed to go. Alastair and his team were professional, obliging and friendly the whole time. We will be needing the furniture moved back into the house at some point and have every intention of calling My Smooth Moves again to help us out. Definitely recommended!

What a fantastic Removal experience, I would highly recommend Alistair and his team, everything was handled with great care, very professional but also great people doing a brilliant job. I would certainly recommend Alistair and the team, they made our move from Beckenham to central London as smooth as it possibly could be, and seemed to make light work of the volume of stuff that we had! The team were also incredibly friendly, helpful and good to be around on what is a stressful day. Making the arrangements was straightforward, and Alistair kept in touch throughout the day to make sure all was going to plan. Many thanks all!

A 5* service - From first quote, communication throughout, to receiving packing materials in advance, to moving day itself, nothing was too much for Alistair.

Moving a 3-bed house was no easy task (on the hottest day of the year so far!) but they were in control and had everything loaded into the lorry very swiftly. The team were very friendly and professional and it was obvious they all had roles and worked very well together.

After unloading at the new house, all boxes were placed in the correct rooms with all furniture re-assembled.

An excellent, 5* service all round and would highly recommend!

Alistair visited our flat to give a quote within an hour of my first call. Quote sent within 24 hours and they offered a flat rate or an hourly rate.
Alistair communicated regularly and the 2 lads arrived on time on the day and completely cleared our ground floor flat within 80 minutes.
We moved a mile up the road to a first floor flat with a tricky staircase and a small entrance to manoeuvre through but they were all done within 4 hours start to finish with no problems at all.
I'm a stressy bloke but they were so good and thorough that I was not in the least bit tense.

Excellent service from start to finish, efficient, did everything they promised and nothing was too much trouble for Alistair or the guys. Which made our 225 mile removal stress free, we would definitely recommend using this company.

Alistair and his team were great and certainly lived up to their name!! All the guys were friendly and professional, nothing was too much effort. Moving is a hectic experience but they took care of everything.

Moving a 4 bed house with far too much stuff looked like a daunting task but they took it in their stride, packing up most of the house the day before, then doing the final bits and dismantling beds etc on the day - everything was in the trucks and on its way by 10am. At the other end everything was taken to relevant rooms, furniture was reassembled and not a single item was broken or damaged in the whole process.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, they took the stress out of a potentially stressful experience and all at a very competitive price too. Quite honestly, One Smooth Move!

We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from Alistair and his team, nothing was too much effort and they happily and efficiently moved all our belongings from our 3rd floor flat which had no lift. We couldn’t believe how quick and easy the moving process was thanks to this fantastic company. Highly recommend!
