This is the second My Social Book of my motor homing adventures through Europe. Having the ability to take my Facebook posts and turn them into a hard back book is so useful and will become an even greater blessing still in years to come, when I can't travel any more, as I'm almost 80!

But the software lose the text, if you change the date in facebook, after the post sended. thats realy bad.

Thank you for four books and for the detailed feedback. We're really glad the idea, the software and the automatic design won you over.
On the captions disappearing when you change a date: this comes down to how Facebook stores your content. A photo and the post (the text) it belongs to each carry their own separate date. So when you change a photo's date, the caption doesn't move with it automatically — you also need to change the date on the text/post itself, individually, so both match. Once the photo and its caption share the same date, simply recreate your book and the text will fall back into place with the right photos.
We import everything exactly as Facebook sends it to us, and because we are not affiliated with Facebook themselves, we have little control over the way they do things. We do thank you for flagging it, and we'll keep on working to improve our product.

I am always thrilled to receive my social books of photos and FB posts. If there are any problems , they are quickly to resolve any issue. I am now on my 24th book and my family and friends love to read them! My grandkids are thrilled to see their photos in the book.

Geraldine offered excellent, above-and-beyond Customer Service! My book arrived damaged, and Geraldine quickly placed a replacement order for me. But not only that, she also corrected a typo in my original book that was my own fault, free of charge, so my new book arrived undamaged and perfect!

100% recommend these beautiful books of memories
I have been creating annual photo books using My Social Book for well over 10 years.
The quality is always fabulous (hard cover gloss) the software is super easy to use on desktop or phone, and the odd occasion I've had a question or problem their customer service is excellent, quick, polite and reaching solution.
100% highly recommended My Social Book for planning and printing your memories to view and enjoy.

Hugely inflated postage costs
I was going to order one of the My Social Books but when I got to the checkout and the postage/delivery cost was $60 AUD I cancelled the order. Ridiculous! I get books delivered from all over the world and most of the time the postage is less than $15 AUD.

Hello. Thank you for your review, I’m sorry the shipping cost to Australia was a surprise.
For Australia, our books are produced and shipped from Europe, and the delivery price you see at checkout is calculated based on the carrier’s official price tables based on destination and parcel weight/size. The price of fuel in the currently state of the world also impacts shipping price directly.
Because My Social Book is a personalized, made-to-order item, we only ship it using reliable, safe tracked services (to reduce the risk of loss or damage). Our books can also be quite heavy. Especially hardcover books up to 500 pages. So shipping to Australia can unfortunately be costly.
That said, we hear you, and we’re actively working on future partnerships to make shipping more affordable over time.

I'm so glad that I found My Social Book. My goal is to have a review of my daily life experience as well as special occasions that can be shared with my children and grandkids. Choose the color carefully as some colors are hard to read when printed on a picture. Books are mailed quickly!! Enjoy!!

Making a memory book through my social…
Making a memory book through my social book was so easy! Thank you for letting us capture our travels. One suggestion I would give is to allow us to delete posts that we don't want in the book. For example, in the middle of a trip. our friend's son passed away and I posted about that. I did not want that post included in the book but there was not a way I could get it taken out, even after I deleted it from my timeline. That post in fact was the one highlighted at the very beginning of the book!
