I have come to realize that Solar Panel sells people will lie – especially to elderly people. The elderly normally are trusting people and believe what they’re told by seemingly honest sales people.

I signed up with mySolarClaim-Isaiah was my first contact person who did an excellent job of explaining the process of getting out of my Solar claim. Then I was assigned to Case Manager Brenda that also was very thorough and collecting information needed for my case. I can tell that important work is being done to help me out. I am a 77 year-old disabled veteran that was lied to by my Solar Panel sales person. I believe this to be a form of elderly abuse. As of now, I am very happy with the attention. I’ve been given by MySolarClaim-Isaiah group.

Jerrimiah Jessop, has made this experience awesome. I want to thank him for his patience, professionalism, and kindness through this entire process. He ensured That I understood the onboarding process and provided clear and concise information moving forward with my claim. Cynthia Guterriez is also a champ! She was very helpful in gathering all of the required documents to support my claim and very knowledgeable and kind hearted. They both kept me informed about upcoming appointments and how to reach out to them if I had any questions. Gina was very welcoming. She provided clear and concise information moving forward with the introduction in meeting the attorney. The Team is awesome and I’ve had a great experience with working with them all.

Finally a Path Forward After Four Years of Solar Frustration.

I had a very positive experience working with the team during the intake and documentation phase of my solar dispute report.
Wesley, the intake professional who initially assisted me, was exceptional. He took the time to clearly explain each step of the process so I understood exactly what was happening and what information was needed. He was patient, kind, and very thorough in answering my questions. Navigating a dispute like this can feel overwhelming, but his calm and supportive approach made the process much easier to move through. He also helped me find a workable path forward so I could continue with the report despite some personal challenges, which I genuinely appreciated.
Laura, who handled the document collection, was equally impressive. She was efficient, organized, and responsive. When additional information was needed from outside sources, she coordinated calls and even helped facilitate three-way conversations to make sure the necessary documentation was obtained. Her follow-through and attention to detail kept the process moving smoothly.
What stood out most was how quickly everything came together. The team was able to gather the required information and complete the report in roughly a week, which exceeded my expectations.
After four years of trying to resolve my solar issue—with one dead end after another—it had honestly started to feel hopeless. This company was the first group that truly seemed to understand the complexity of what I had been dealing with. Their representatives took the time to listen, validate the situation, and move quickly toward meaningful discovery rather than leaving me stuck in another loop of unanswered questions.
For anyone facing a complicated solar dispute or struggling to get clarity after months—or even years—of frustration, I would absolutely recommend working with this team. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to helping clients move forward made a difficult situation far more manageable.

JOSE started GUIDING me in the process…

JOSE started GUIDING me in the process of what's going to happen by explaining the steps one by one to make sure that I understood the first step of the process in explaining my situation and how the solar system didn't work as explained to me. Told him how it came about, and he asked me questions about it along the way, which helped me remember things. Jose started the ground work, then brought Laura on board to assist me with trying to do research on getting a copy of the original contract. Laura keep on this task, nothing was stopping her, she was on a mission and she was determined too find a way to get the contract following different leads Laura got to Greensky financial this was the end of the trail she discovered the contract Laura explained like Jose every step of the process making sure I was completely understanding nothing left to chance. So for me Laura and Jose have gone up and beyond normal work, so I can't thank both enough for the time and effort they've put forth on my be half.
Now on to the next phase with Paige.

I had the folks at My Solar Claim take a fine tooth comb to my contracts, and what they found out was a real eye opener. These solar scumbags charged me a hidden fee.. and their report highlighted a "signature authorization" clause where I unknowingly gave them permission to reuse my signature on future documents without my oversight.

Cameron was who I spoke with and he gave me insight on how exactly I was misled without making me feel stupid and set me up with Cynthia who collected my evidence that built my case file. Now I am getting help from an Attorney who is going to fully represent me.

My only complaint is that Cameron was a little late to our first appointment but he made up for it fast

If I were to highlight the most…

If I were to highlight the most important aspect of using Solar Claims for our install and refunds on the solar panels, it would be that the company did all the work and was persistent in booking appointments and keeping us updated on all the issues we needed to know. We had no idea that our solar panels weren't working and that we weren't receiving any refunds or saving money, as the salespeople and installation companies involved in the process had assured us we would. Solar Claims made it easy for us to hopefully get the help needed to stop these monthly installment payments, so this upfront money was worth spending after they told us we would never fully pay off the loan for having solar panels. Thank you, and I would recommend this company to anyone going through a similar situation.

Paying 2000 then 7k for what? Sounds very suspicious!
Paid $2K upfront, then they wanted $5K more—$7K total! Very suspicious. 100% Virtual, non-existent, and seems like a brand-new company. Pushy salesperson tried to take my money for a claim. Doesn’t feel genuine. Hung up and blocked their number.

This has been a positive experience.

The experience has been great thus far because things were explained thoroughly throughout the process. Any questions that we had were answered and Tish was very patient with us as we tried to get a complete understanding. The constant contact made with us by Tish really helped us to remain focused on this matter. The contact helped us feel less frustrated about the entire situation.

This was the best thing I ever did to get rid of my solar panels because it was all alive

I can't thank the team enough for exposing how PowerHome Solar used predatory door-to-door tactics to lock me into a $75,000 loan for a system that was never actually capable of delivering the "zero bill" they promised. It was a total eye opener to see the data proving my solar setup only covers about 31% to 35% of my energy needs, leaving me stuck with massive utility bills on top of a loan payment that increased by alot . Being on Social Security and dealing with health issues (i had a stroke) Cameron really went the extra mile by making sure I understood exactly what the solar company did to me and now I feel confident moving forward with their resolutions team. Also thank you Ericka for helping me collect all of my evidence.

Our, MySolarClaim experience

Overall, My solar claim, has over exceeded my expectations. Mr. Cameron has been super informative, very patient with our many questions and concerns. Prompt on appointments and explains things very clearly. Ms Brenda also has been great. She is very patient, explains thing thoroughly so my wife and I can understand what happening and going to happen. Mr. Joe is also prompt courteous and patient. We are very happy with the process and progress so far. We are looking forward so seeing this thing to its conclusion. I would recommend this Company to anyone and everyone looking to cancel thier solar contract. We are extremely happy with the progress thus far and we're barely 2 weeks into this adventure. Thank you to the entire My solar claim team.

We didn't realize how bad the solar…

We didn't realize how bad the solar company took advantage of us untill we talked with Jeremiah. Jeremiah along with Cynthia and Joe has made us very comfortable and confident going into this process. We are now in the Resolution stage with Paige. We can see end of this nightmare soon.
