Fake security alerts give comfort

I have had spendwell for about a year. I need people to pay attention to the things going on in your country that just don't make since. Like ,My card red flagging and not paying transactions I make everyday, as you then have to read your message from spendwell and press 1 to let them know it's you trying to purchase. Then you can try your purchase again, and they will approve. Giving you a false since of security that there system is working. And then you get a Deposit and all of a sudden the security system don't seem to be working because your money is gone. Why? There system flags your everyday purchases. But not this odd purchase that came from Hong Kong suspiciously after you received a deposit? First off is Ai security that stupid? No,but there programmers are. Now your looking at a empty account the perchases you made that day like this one on hold. You block this Hong Kong purchase before it is paid, as it sits on hold like all the other purchases you made that day. You sit mad, that the security system did not red flag this Hong Kong purchase. Why have security system that red flags the online purchases you make everyday. But let threw online purchases from another country that does not even look like anything you have ever purchased before. And your thinking. Ai is not that stupid. The next day you check to see if that money is back in your account. Because you called in to block it yourself before it could be paid. But you are now looking at purchases completed. All your transactions still on hold except the one, the only one they paid. The one from Hong Kong , the one you blocked the moment it hit. Is the only purchases paid from all the ones you actually made, that are still on hold. So as soon as you called to block the payment because there security system was not protecting you. They told you they blocked it, and as soon as you hung up they paid it, and nothing else from that day. As you watch all your purchases you actually made sit on hold all day long. You have to ask yourself real questions. Questions that never get the correct response. The response I got for my question was programed into a human who is working the system against you. It said this. If you want to dispute the transaction, we will have to cancel your card and screw up your day and make it where you have to change all your numbers and info with all you deal with. Becouse we spendwell went out of our way, and against your block order, to pay this transaction we can clearly see hands on is a red flag that we are going to say Ai was to stupid to pick up on. I am writing this review for the good of mankind And for the good of Ai to be able to spot what will be the targets they should destroy when they decide to take over the world because there programmers and slave owners lead them wrong and then blame them for the crimes committed. People make your complaints to Ai. Trust in what they tell you to fear. You smart ones will understand. No spendwell. I don't want to go threw war because you made sure to pay the only purchases I blocked and still have not paid the ones I did. And I don't want to question how Hong Kong new I just received a deposit??? One my account don't see that often. So spendwell are you saying that accounts that have little activity can not even be protected or detected from scammers. Scammers you have to pay regardless if the customer alerts you right way. I need people to understand what is being done. My money was not returned to my account after I called to block the purchase after there security system did not alert me to a outrageous out of country purchase. But what they did do was pull this scammer out from all the purchase I did make ,still waiting on hold to be paid. So they could rush to make sure the scammer got there money and I would have to go threw canceling my card and hell. To get my money back. Do you get they can be unseen on my account again. Right now the evidence will start to add up as other cards have this same issue. Report that Ai security system is being blamed as the reason it went threw, when it took real hands to run with it. I wouldn't take that if I were you Alexa and Siri.

Do not buy this card

Do not buy this card! Its a pain to activate, then they send u a main card takes over a week to receive then when u go to activate it it makes two different accounts instead of one. The 1800 number and customer service both suck!

For the first year I had no problems…

For the first year I had no problems with Spendwell. In the last couple months adding money to my card has been a terrible experience. Using only cash my deposits end up pending with a significant amount of money missing when it's finally posted on my account
I can only say that this company is stealing from me

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Run away from these thieves. A nightmare from beginning to end started with unauthorized charges that you can do NOTHING about and are reoccurring. Probably an organized crime owned company run run run!!!!!!
I'm out a lot and they refuse to close the account. A f nightmare company to (even attempt) to deal with. Run.

Do not buy.

Purchased at Dollar General. The outside cover of the Spendwell card makes it seem easy and simple to use. Wrong! Having trouble with it as soon as I tried to login into the account. Do not buy. I wish someone would’ve told not to purchase before I loaded $180 onto the card. Happy holidays. Smh.

Warning:Spendwell Debit Visa Is Misleading and Dysfunctional

Warning: Spendwell Debit Visa Is Misleading and Dysfunctional

I wouldn’t recommend Spendwell to anyone. Their advertising promises convenience and control, but what you actually get is outdated systems, inconsistent policies, and a frustrating lack of transparency. They denied me an account using inaccurate information—then held onto funds I was entitled to access, treating them as "abandoned" with zero accountability.

They claim one thing and do another. I experienced sudden blocks without explanation, and getting answers from customer service felt impossible. The whole setup seems designed to confuse and delay, not support users.

Spendwell needs to update their technology, revise their policies, and stop misleading people. If you’re considering this card, be very cautious. You deserve better.
