Don't order from this company
Hi! I ordered a mystery crime book from this company for $4.90, it was for a download. As I was checking out, it asked me if I wanted to add a additional bundle for a percentage off, I said no, they charged me anyway. I told them several times, in several emails, I said no to the addition, but was told because it was a link, they can't give me my money back, I never clicked on the link. I sent several emails and was ignored. Called several times and left a voicemessage per their voicemail and no call backs and no one ever picks up their phone, supposedly too busy. This is stealing money, I did not give them permission to add on, I don't want it and don't plan on clicking that link. All I wanted was my one product for $4.90. They also charged me for a subscription, they said they were going to reimbuse me for, still haven't. They are taking money they did not get permission to take, thieves.
