Final Update: After stepping back, I want to acknowledge that Mystic Perfume applied their stated policy consistently, and I respect that policy is policy. My initial frustration came from the timing around the holiday season, but that reaction was mine, not a reflection of the professionalism shown by Mystic. Their communication was courteous, their products are authentic, and they run a well-operated business. I appreciate the clarification they provided and wanted to update my review to reflect a fairer, more balanced perspective.

We understand how timing can be frustrating, especially during the holiday period. However, our return policy states that return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier-documented delivery date. According to UPS tracking, your order was delivered on December 27, which means the return window concluded on January 10. Your return request was received on January 11, which falls outside of the eligible return period.
We always aim to be fair and helpful, and we had already worked with you in good faith on pricing and fees prior to this request. However, once the return window has passed, we must apply the policy consistently for all customers.
Our return policy is published on our website and available prior to purchase so expectations are clear.
We appreciate the opportunity to clarify and thank you for your understanding.
