My definite go to from now on. I trust this company to do good by me. There was a problem with my order and I needed it sorting urgently - which they did. The customer care was friendly, approachable and professional. And the stockings themselves are very much high quality - I adore them! I am a very happy customer.

Untrustworthy. From an order of 9 pairs of tights, only 8 arrived - one pair was out of stock but no email was received to inform me of this, and they only refunded when I chased. I sent some pairs back for a refund, and they refunded all but one pair. Again, no email. On chasing they said the package was opened so they would not refund. Again - why not let me know? Poor communications all around, makes me suspicious and I won't use them again.

Love the products you have in the store, but more brands would be welcome, like some famous brands such as Wolford. And i would be happier if there are more lingerie and suspenders sets to offer. Moreover, the checkout page doesnt allow me to change the address. I even went to my account page to delete the original address. But it still insisted to stay there in the checkout page. That was so frustrating. Please fix the issue. Can't think of anything more now. Love your store. Thank you.

Products were great when they finally arrived, but Brexit has caused a huge hassle to get something so simple through customs in EU countries. Delivery took more than a month.
