Popped into Quorn Stone at the Billericay branch late one Saturday afternoon and spoke with a super helpful guy by the name of Tom.
Not pushy, just interested in our project, took time to go through various options for us. We did choose tiles elsewhere but will definitely be back for our next project later this year.

Fantastic showroom with a wide range of beautiful tiles. Cheryl couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable and I look forward to buying from Quorn Stone.

What a great recommendation, the showroom was great and the staff were amazing.
We were approached by Sofia on our first visit and thank goodness we were, as she was so knowledgeable and knew exactly what direction to point us in. She was extremely helpful without being too pushy. We knew we were going to be purchasing from Quornstone after our first visit.
After numerous phone calls and couple more visits, Sofia had amazing patience with my ever changing sizes ect !! Was so happy to finally place our order and can’t wait for them to be layed.
If you’re visiting Billericay ask for Sofia, you will be in good hands.

Simona was so helpful in going through things with me in detail. I went in not knowing what tiles would work with what and, only a vague idea of what I wanted. Simona gave me a lot of time and focus and I really enjoyed the visit. I now have a much clearer idea of what will work in the space and I will be ordering my tiles shortly!

This is a great showroom with excellent helpful staff who are very knowledgeable and assist you with your choice in a professional manner. We were seen by Lola who could not have been more helpful. There are a extensive selection of stone and ceramic products that are displayed very well and I can thoroughly recommend a visit.

Gorgeous showroom, so helpful to see full size samples and slabs, everyone was very friendly and welcoming - Simona served us and she was GREAT! Super knowledgeable, helpful, warm, and gave some great suggestions. Would highly recommend asking for her.

I have recently made a sizeable purchase from Quorn Stone in Loughborough, and dealt with Jass Tanner, through teh purchase and Jess Arnold through the delivery process. The experience and ease of dealing with both has been exceptional and they are both a credit to the company. Product, service and overall knowledge is superb. Highly recommend. In addition, my building phoned directly to clarify a few points, and again his feedback was excellent. well done to Jass & Jess.

I had an outstanding experience at the Essex showroom. From the moment I walked in, the team (mainly Briony) went above and beyond to help me choose the right tiles for my house renovation. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in making sure I got exactly what I needed.
