Exceptional Service

Friendy and professional, will give you the right advice for restring and you can get useful information on everything related to racket, tennis, strings. The attention to detail was evident and turnaround is less than half an hour, highly recommend to visit Cornel

Snapped string super quickly

Advertised as 72 hours turnaround, and I thought it would be less hassle with the van service but it was slower and didn't get my rackets on time!

Hi Michael. I don't think you left the review for the right company as we not operate 72 hrs service for more then 6 months. I've also check your name and surname and I couldn't find anything in your name. As per our website we only take online bookings and your name/booking should appear in our system but it doesn't. Also your review has been left today 13.02.2024 but it looks like your issue (as mentioned by your review) happened on 23.10.2024 so we are talking about 4 months ago..? What took you so long to be unhappy?
Once again we checked the dates and Michael Orlans does not appear in our bookings we've checked already one week before and one after your eventual booking. We are always looking after our customers in the best way possible. One of the reasons we don't offer 72 hrs service it's because we're trying to offer the best advice possible and meet our customers face-to-face makes a huge difference comparing to the other stringing services around as we can show our stock of strings and give advice in base of what you're telling us about your tennis.
We do expect our customers to make contact with us if they have an issue and not leave a bad review as this will not help any of us.

I've raised the problem and asked trust pilot to check your true identity as I said before you don't appear on our records so that makes us believe that it might be a fake review from competitors as it happened already. In case you're a real person/client and still interested in sorting out the problem please contact us as we are happy to discuss and sort out the issue in the friendlier way possible

To good to be true

To good to be true, contacted them 10 days ago and their van did not make its way to W4. After a long wait, taking my racket to Hammersmith.

Perfect Stringing - good price - friendly service

Perfect Stringing

I had my racquet restrung. I was asked about my style of play and I was recommended a string set up using a different string type for the mains and cross strings. I was happy with price and very happy with the feel of my racquet particularly for touch play.

Very disappointed with this company...

Very disappointed with this company...
When I had my strings redone I wasn’t sure of the tension so went with the advice of the guy. Unfortunately I wasn’t happy and so went back to enquire if anything could be done. He then started getting very aggressive towards me and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about and he did! Naturally I had to remind him I was a customer and not one of his mates..
Not very professional I’m afraid, then he told me to try the racket for a while and go back if I still wasn’t happy and he’d change the strings ..
the strings he offered me was his own brand and told me it was the best and most durable however the very string he recommended is the one that broke after maybe 20 uses!!
Tried to go back to him to see if he again would do something but they couldn’t even be bothered to respond to me instead a colleague was just apologetic ... it’s fine to apologise but if you do nothing about it then what’s the point.... my advice you should go elsewhere as the idea of what they offer is good .... but you need to look after your customers who would give u repeat business and not just ignore them... hopefully u can address this for future clients.

Excellent & thoroughly knowledgeable…

Excellent & thoroughly knowledgeable service. Very handy to have someone come to me at the time they said they would, to re-string & re-grip & I was so happy with the job they did. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

Friendly expert racquet renovation service

I organised for the racquets stringer to come and refurbish two racquets. They arrived on time and were expertly skilled in renovating racquets, giving lots of practical advice. In a matter of minutes they had stripped the grip, fitted a new grip and overgrip and restrung racquets. Very friendly service I would highly recommend to everyone.
