Very good and fast service. As promised - order before 21.00, tomorrow in the house.
I ordered oil and shampoo shortly before 21.00 and had my product alread the next day.

Poor delivery
The site promises same-day shipping and next-day delivery in NL, one more day for delivery in Belgium. I placed my order on Thursday, 4 days have passed and nothing has arrived yet. I haven't received any tracking nr., the email I sent requesting for one never was replied, and there's no phone number to contact on their web page. This is really poor customer service.

We received your order on 23 of October at 20:34. We can only ship to Belgium on the same day if the order is receiverd before 16:00. Your parcel was shipped the next day (24-10) and I will see where the shipment is pending. Unfortunatly the shipping in Belgium can be less reliable than in the Netherlands, I will get back to you via your email.
I have just checked your shipment and it has the status 'delivered' for the 27th on your home adres, did you not receive the parcel?

Great service!!!
I bought the shampoo and hair food. I'm mixed race and have natural hair. It always takes a while for my hair to adapt to new products but 'natural is natural'. The hair food is definitely a product that I will use in the winter months for protection. The oil seems to be a winner from the reviews and I will check that out for my next order, as at this moment I'm using another different natural oil. I'm also wondering whether to buy a conditioner or leave in conditioner. Anyway, great to have found this site and I'm confident that's it worth every penny based on the fact they're non chemical products!!
