Tablecloth was well made but colour…
Tablecloth was well made but colour didn’t reflect the picture. Was expecting it to be cream not horrid grey.

We are sorry to learn you are unhappy with the colour of your tablecloth. When photographing our fabrics, we use calibrated equipment to ensure the colour is represented accurately. Unfortunately, other computer, tablet and phone screens may not render colours so accurately. This can often be seen in stores selling TV's, where multiple screens with the same broadcast show different colours. I recently saw someone viewing our site using a tablet that had switched to 'Night Mode' (called Night Shift on Apple devices). This feature is used to reduce eye strain and avoid sleep disruption at night, but it significantly alters the colours of the display to warmer hues. On our website we offer and strongly recommend the use of our free sample service. This gives our customers the opportunity to view the fabrics before placing an order.
