The signal is good. If you add a call history menu when dial the number would be perfect. So next time no need to input the number again.

The Mytello app on my phone is great for calling to government offices in my country who don't use whatsapp. The rates of my sim provider are horrible but Mytello's rates are incredibly low. The app is very easy to use. I'm very satisfied 👍🏼

I've been using mytello for 2 years. They offer good value for international calls, saving our company a lot of money.

I use Mytello mainly for calls from the USA to the Netherlands. I started the service because of very low charges, but I am particularly impressed with the speed of connection and the excellent clarity of the line. Additionally, I get a reminder email from Mytello when my credit is getting low (not very often due to the low costs) which enables me to me to top up and avoid my call cutting of through lack of credit on my account.

mytello has made international calling such a breeze. No expensive calls added to the cell phone bill from one's cell provider and no limitations on times to place calls. It's easy, works without a glitch, and allows for calls to 800 numbers in the US, which is helpful for those without a US cell phone plan.

After using Skype for many years for calling land line phone numbers, it was quite a challenge finding a new provider. MyTello is the perfect replacement.
The connection is very good and cost are low. What else would you want.

I love the possibility to just put a number in my account and then call it from my phone. That's really, really helpful.

The only thing that annoys me every time I have to log into the platform is that the login button is kind of in the menu. Only the sign up button is very visible, so I always go like, "Sign up, no, I'm signed up already. Oh yes, I have to go to login, which is here in the menu." That's very annoying.

Very disappointed with this service. The website clearly advertises 3.4p per minute to Turkey landlines, which is why I used it. However, when I checked my call history I was charged at the mobile rate instead, even though I dialled a landline number.

This feels misleading. If a number is treated as mobile rather than landline, that should be clearly explained before the call, not discovered after being charged.

Because of this pricing confusion, I would not recommend the service unless they improve transparency about their rates.

Not the easiest or intuitive app to use but it works flawlessly and is such good value for money for making calls wherever you are. I've used it in Thailand, Australia New Zealand and even French Polynesia to make international calls. Highly recommend.
