I was subscribed for over a year, but at one stage they sent me an order that was only one third of what it should have been.

I sent multiple emails to support but never heard back, so promptly cancelled.

The quality of the minis is decent, but they do not have any form of customer support.

Excellent service, timely delivery and quality that far exceeds big companies like games workshop. I would caution the detailing on these is exceptional and they are definitely more suitable for people who enjoy painting and displaying rather than building an army due to the intricacies on the models. I have ordered twice over 20 models and they are beautifully made and very sturdy to boot. And the real trick is the price. Compared to what you would pay for similar products from qarhammer for example they are a fraction of the price.

Updated Review: I have now made contact with Myth Forged and they have now fullfilled my order.

They are a family business that has had a lot going on recently which has been effecting the customer service of the business, basically its been non existant. That is no longer the case and they have been helpful in fullfilling my missing order from a few months back.

As for the minis, I have now ordered twice and aside from the customer service issues they have had I am very happy with the purchase. The quality and finish of the minis is of high quality and the price is unbeatable.

As long as the customer service holds up I would highly recommend.

Took forever to arrive, didn’t respond to questions, and arrived smashed in pieces.

Quite cheap but two of 8 minis were sent with the wrong base or missing a base. Emailed several times and left a message via the website and I've heard nothing back.

Don’t order from them. I ordered a large dragon model. It arrived missing a piece and with a large damaged section that was obviously a printing error so they couldn’t even be bothered to check their printing before sending. I have for months tried to contact them by email and their online messaging. All to no avail. The customer service is atrocious. They don’t seem to care about their customers or the quality of the models they produce. Avoid at all cost

Non-existent customer service, outright ignored emails for weeks while continuing with incorrect shipping internationally. Nice looking product, shame I never got it cause they don't open or respond to emails.

Had a good experience initially with the subscription service - loved the miniatures and had about 4 months worth. Would have kept it going but I made a decent sized standalone order in December and nothing turned up.

No customer support from emails asking for updates. Went on for a few months asking for email updates and hearing nothing back.

Ended up finding his number online and calling him. He said he wasn't sure what happened, wasnt sure why he hadnt sent it and eventually settled that RMail had lost it and offered to resend it. I agreed for him to resend it and asked for proof of it being sent via RM in the first instance but heard nothing back. Asked him to resend and nothing. Sent multiple follow up emails - all ignored.

Crap and dishonest customer service, real shame.

After not receiving any updates or miniatures roughly a month from them being 'resent' I ended up getting a refund from my payment provider as Mythforged was Unhelpful and clearly had no intentions of sending my order or refunding me. If they fail you, please go directly to your payment provider to begin the refund process.

Great looking miniatures and a real shame they cant take accountability to make things right when they go wrong. Could have been a great place to shop but just looking at alternatives now. Its okay to mess up an order but its not okay to ignore customers or place blame on RM vs taking ownership and fixing issues.

Had this been resolved, I'd have resubscribed and bought more miniatures, unfortunately it's just a poorly ran business and not worth the risk for me.

Posting so people can make an informed decision. Models i ordered looked great - Just a shame about the customer service and risk of losing money.

I ordered a bear with braids and arrows inside it and a barbarian woman with a helmet.
One second later I realized that I had ordered the barbarian with a helmet and I wanted the one without a helmet. I quickly wrote their email and over the course of one month I wrote them three times via email and their chatbot explaining that I wanted the barb without a helmet and I got no response.

When my package arrived there was a helmet on my barb and the bear had no braids and no arrows sticking out of it.

It is safe to say that they didn't deliver what I asked for and they have no customer support.
The quality was okay though and that is why they get two stars instead of one star.

The quality of these mini's is stunning! I've been subscribed to the monthly Epic Boss and Minions Mystery Box for the past 6 months, and my family and I can't wait to open it, and so far we have not been disappointed. I have also ordered individual minis from their website, which have all been equally as impressive.

On one or two occasions delivery has been longer than expected, but ultimately, considering the reasonable price and high quality, I can't complain. I also contacted the company for an updated, which they then got back to me with.

Overall, It's a great family run company, and would highly recommend buying from them. *They even have a loyalty point system for regular buyers, and gave me additional points for my birthday too.

Excellent, high quality prints with a huge number of options. If none of the options take your fancy, they're also really good at printing custom STLs to order. Communication with the owner is friendly and professional. Been ordering minis from here for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed.

I’ve ordered from mythforged 3-4 times and I honestly recommend it, they are lovely and the minis are great!

Potential scam, I had made an order on this page and repeatedly enquired for updates on it receiving no contact for weeks. £40 down the drain

I was hesitant to order due to past experiences with similar online stores and the lack of reviews here on Trustpilot. However, items arrived as described, arrived on time (took 2 business days to arrive) and price was sensible. The quality of the figures was good and I was kept informed of shipping.
