While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Refusal to cancel an unshipped order
I placed an order on July 2nd in the evening, on July 3rd in the morning (16 hours later) I sent them an email requesting the cancellation of the order.
myTier replied 20 hours later saying that they could not cancel the order because it was already in the shipping process.
This morning, Monday, July 5, I receive a link to track the DHL shipment and it shows:
--------------------
Mo, 05.07.2021, 11:31
The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically
---------------------
In other words, they indicate that the shipment has been created digitally but the package to be shipped has not yet been physically received at their warehouse.
Why does myTier then insist that it cannot cancel the shipment?
This seems to me to be a bad practice on the part of myTier to "force" me to keep the order, cause me unnecessary extra costs for the return of the product when I receive it and hold my money for longer than necessary.
