I was billed for Tollovid on 1/14/24 amount $117.80 but never received my order. I cannot get any answers from them.

I was charged for my monthly order but never received anything. I contacted them without any response back. I don't understand how you can charge something prior to sending out the product.

Was charges but never rec'd the Tollovid!!!!!!!

Website does not work for UN-SUBSCRIBING toggle. Each time I ordered, I ended up with another subscription. Then each subscription did a monthly charge to send product. For 3 days, I was obsessive compulsive trying to follow directions for UNSUBSCRIBING to pause monthly product shipments multiplied by 2. Then, tried chat and emailing sales …NO RESPONSE BACK. Then blocked Cc charges with plan to return Tollovid product to Sender. It’s like a conveyer belt that I can not stop! (Product was good in 2-weeks I was over Long COVID which I had been struggling with being very I’ll for 2-months.)

I have not received my order for january that you have charged me for. not happy about that

I never received my shipment of Tollovid. I paid for the product and it was lost or stolen in a New Jersey warehouse. I contacted your company and was told they would respond in 2 or 3 days. Nothing but crickets was heard from your company. It is now over 4 weeks and no response or product was shipped to me.

Things are getting better. Still have a little ways to go but at least they are working on their customer service! Product is great as always!

The most recent purchase was stellar. I received the order in less than a week. My prior order took 1 month and in chat I never received a response to my inquiries. The improvement was amazint. Overall I would like to see a reduction in cost or more frequent specials. Very important product but very expensive. Perhaps a frequent purchaser program or a gold member status etc

My order never shipped and company unresponsive. It said it was supposed to ship the next day, it's been 9 days now with no update. I emailed a few days ago and didn't get a response. Terrible customer experience

Tried to place an order, but got an "error occured" at checkout. No order placed, but payment was still taken. Have not been able to raise any response by email or the chat feature. So they have my money, but as far as I know, no order was completed.

Update: the shop has been very helpful, pro-active, and gone out of their way to help me get the order sorted today. I'll keep updating as it progresses.

Helps in the beginning and after a few days it does not. I might have to increase the dosage - but it is simply too expensive.
Besides: their customer service is more than disappointing. I needed a bottle to take with me to Europe and had asked for an earlier shipping - no reaction whatsoever. Not that they shipped it or when they are shipping it. So I cancelled again...
Also they offer a 15% discount on their website and 10% on my next order - no offer code to fill in anywhere... VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will look into alternatives

I’ve sent 2 emails requesting to cancel my subscription and have not heard anything back.

I was skeptical, but this stuff really saved me from the hell of Long Covid. Initially, I did the intense dose and it knocked LC back about 80 percent. I use small daily dose before my first travels after 2 years of LC for immune support. Why do people give bad reviews for a delivery issue and have never tried the product? I have ordered on Amazon and recieved every bottle.

Our multigenerational contagion was shortened and less severe by using Tollovid at high frequency for the elders and less so for academically stressed teens with no noticeable side effects. It was good to have a very effective treatment on hand. Thank you.

I really completely on Tollovid to help with long haul COVID. Keep up the good work.

It's actually a joke that mytollovid emailed me to ask for a review. The product never arrived. They have not replied to several attempts to contact them. It's impossible to reach them by phone. As far as I'm concerned my money has been stolen and they are a scam company. Do not buy from their website. They take the money when they clearly don't have stock and then disappear. Absolute disgrace. Dr Leo Gallant should stop telling sufferers with long covid to send hundreds of dollars to this company. It won't do his reputation any good.
