Had I ordered a week later a same spec item was available from Aldi and Good Guys for $299.

I purchased an escooter from Mytopia. Only to find out I got gifted one two days later for my birthday.
As I don’t need two escooters, I asked for a refund but Mytopia could only offer me a store credit.
I kept their escooter. It locks at 15km/h, regardless of who rides it, if it’s a steep path up or just going flat.
I contacted the customer service, to enquire as why it doesn’t go to 20km/h, as advised.
Their answer was that, according to them, it was fine. No options nor other answer has been provided and they even stopped responding to my emails.
So I am stuck with a product that doesn’t work according to advertisement. it’s false advertising or defective product and no one will do anything.
How lovely it is to be treated like an idiot.

I find this company to be deceitful. I purchased a washing machine which they told me will be delivered quickly, but the delivery is going to take about 10 days according to the tracking, they can’t even give me a proper day. then I was advised that I may need to help the driver take it off the truck and he will be leaving it at the front door of my apartment in the foyer. I am an elderly lady 65 years old with a broken patella injury, frozen shoulder and riddled with arthritis. How am I supposed to get this washing machine up to my laundry- (which we do have an elevator here) and unpack, it myself. This company told me that they have guidelines on delivery, after I purchased the product and then received a text message informing me that I may need to help the driver unload, which was not mentioned to me until I contacted them, I had no idea they have guidelines. I have not been given a date that it will be delivered only an estimated date of 10 days if I could get my money back I would. I am going to make a formal complaint to the ombudsman. This is wrong. I would not buy a pair of socks off them again ever. Your company is crap and you are unhelpful unreliable and deceitful. I could have bought the same product from a different company and not only would they have brought it up to my laundry. They would have unpacked it and taken my old washing machine away. Why charge people $60 for delivery to dump it at the front foyer, l am totally disgusted. I don’t even want to give you one star. I want to give you no stars but couldn’t proceed unless I hit one of the stars. The way you treat your customers and elderly people is unbelievable Shame shame shame on you. This is not the end off this issue l will not go away, maybe you should ask customers what their health and age is before you take their money for delivery. by the way, I ordered my item on 11 October and it’s not going to arrive till 27 October. In the meantime, I have to go to the laundromat to do my washing.
SO Apparently I now have to upload photo ID for this review to go through. I will not give you my photo ID. I have been already scanned by other companies and my information sold on the dark web. Another way to trick your customers. Let’s see if this review goes through

Great price just the communication on tracking of delivery was not regularly updated.
No response from Hunter Delivery service but arrived 3 days after scheduled ETA.
My son is very happy with his E-scooter and would recommend it to others for the price.

I purchased a electric scooter stating speed upto 25km and weight limit 110kg. The scooter would not move beyond 11-15km with my teenage son on it. It only reached 25km with someone 50kg. If your looking to purchase a scooter dont be fooled by the advertising. I will never buy again from this unprofessional store. They refused a full refund and only wanted to give me store cridet minus $100 off the amount i paid even though the scooter was 1 week old. I have also sent video evidence with my teenage son riding the scooter only reaching max speed of 15km. So when mytopia sends me a video reaching 25km its not valid as the rider looks under 60kg according to the reflection of the rider on the scooter in the video. If thats the case than your advertisement should state will reach 25km when rider weight is below 60kg.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY! THIS COMPANY IS CHEATING.
I recently purchased an electric scooter and it delivered within 4 days, very fast delivery but meaningless to the quality of the scooter itself.
After fully charged, I used it for about 10 mins to get to the train station. When I am back from the train station to my apartment, the scooter turned off after 30 seconds - and I can never turn it on again!
I tried to plugged it back to the charger but still not able to turn it on. It looks like the product has some quality condition issue.
I tried to contact with their support team via email for a solution (either repair or refund) however Maxine & Darren (their customer service agents) just keep ask me to plugged it back to the charger and try to turn it on. After I replied to them that it’s not possible for me to turn on the scooter and I’ve tried almost everything. They are now not even replied to my email, it feel like a scam and I am going to report this case to ACCC.
Don’t waste your time and buy it with official dealer (even it’s more expensive).

These guys are evil, professional scammers. Trying to get ebike fixed for nearly 3months. My son bought a Valk ebike, the pedal assist stopped working after 3-4months, I was made to take videos and in a loop to go through videos I'd already tried to fix the problem. They have no intention of ever honouring your warranty and it doesn't cover anything. They keep saying the fault was cause by us, but after seeing the other reviews online, the pedal assist is the first thing to go.
We should start a class action against these mobsters, only need 7 cases to start one. and there are COUNTLESS unhappy customers for Slytopia.
They never read anything you send them in email, I'm surprised they find time to reply, seem like the kind of mob to run phishing scams or rip savings from innocent victims.
The courier they sent turned up in a tiny panel van rammed to the gills with packaging. Then they lost my bike for over a week, it was only magically found when I sent them a photo of the courier wheeling it away, then magically "Oh we have found your bike"
AVOID and always buy local.

I spoke to somebody over the phone on Tuesday 16th June 2020 and I told them the Star Chef 10L Air Fryer wasn't turning on so they sent me a return label so I could send it back without paying for the Postage then on Friday 19th June 2020 they replaced it under warranty with a EUROCHEF 10L Electric Digital Air Fryer since the other model was discontinued. The staff were very nice to me and the service was magnificent.
