This is the first time I have seen my credit analysis. Wow! I did not realize how much was involved in the analysis. This report was all inclusive. It went into each active credit card account. I am completely impressed by this report.

Horrible Service

As an affiliate and customer ID like
To say the company started out great. Owner Mark was amazing. UNTIL they weren't. I've been working with this company as a client for the past nine months. I was told that I would be able to have a timeshare removed and my credit repaired none of which has happened. I have expressed my dissatisfaction with the owner Mark and ask for my refund because I am on a time limit to purchase a home and my credit is not getting any better there's literally no change in anything since the start of my program with them. The owner has expressed me the troubles he's had in his company and although I feel that that is a horrible situation the fact remains that I paid for a service that has not been completed. The owner does not want to give me a refund and I am forced to have to pay another company to do the work that they cannot do. This company has not kept their promise of satisfaction guarantee and they have wasted 9 months of my time with little to generic work. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY THEY PROMISE ALOT AND UNDERDELIVER

Timeshare Cancellation

Mark has been helping me to cancel a Hilton Grand Vacations Timeshare in which I was defrauded. He worked quickly and professionally to cancel the timeshare and is now assisting me in removing the charges from my American Express Credit Card account. Highly recommended.

We are senior citizens that have been…

We are senior citizens that have been taken advantage of and due to false statements. We were manipulated in buying a point system which was not clear by phone nor did they take time in providing a document explaining the renewal. We were blind-sided and we no longer want to belong to our vacation club because many things that we agreed to no longer exist. We contacted the Consumer Group for guidance and assistance requesting a full refund on our vacation weeks and renewal fees.
So far, your company is keeping on deadlines, letters are good, and we feel you are knowledgeable, especially, business sells manipulations. We are pleased with the courtesy and attention by phone calls received. We are pleased with your staff and information on what to expect. Hopefully, they will keep up the good work so, we can keep our confidence in them. Thanks

Trade guardian has been working hard for us. They send us easy to complete paperwork that is also very easy to return. They keep us updated on what they have done along the way and how everything is moving along. And since they have started helping us the phone calls have gotten less

I am not satisfied with the lack of communication. I have not been able to obtain any feedback or status on my case. I do not obtain returned phone calls or emails. I have not received any benefit from this Service??? If I don't obtain any positive results or any communication immediately, I should be fully reimbursed for the lack of Service and communication.
