Kindly note I gave my personal information INCLUDING my bank details for the mr price giveaway, once my details were given your website loaded afterwards and i got an email from your team as well as bank charges that went off to YOUR account. Even though the application that was filled out had ANOTHER company's details on it. I strongly suggest you look into it even though I was told it will be looked into. I still haven't gotten any feedback as to how your company ended up being paid even though I gave my details and accepted MR PRICES terms and conditions. You guys are extremely unprofessional. As I see on the reviews, someone else is going through the same thing with regards to their refund, and just like that person I followed the instructions that were given to me inorder to get my refund and still got no response. I cant follow up with the person that helped me with my query because EVERY SINGLE TIME i get a reply from this company it is a different agent answering me before this email you had just sent me Sasky answered me, you need to look into getting a better system for your customer service team as it is not helpful at all having FOUR different people replying to my email each time. I am constantly told to talk to the person that helped me the first time but everytime i get someone new replying telling me the SAME thing, I am very disappointed and very very confused as the company MR PRICE is a SOUTH AFRICAN brand and has no ties to your company so i can't even begin to think how this all could haven happened. Still no REFUND or explanation as to how their website was linked to the MR PRICE advert.
