Quick delivery but did not receive my tracking number.
Phone cover is perfectly as described and the one that was pictured. Overall quite happy.

I made an order from Tenerife, Spain.
Everything went well with the process of buying.
Two days later they cancelled my order saying they don’t send to islands.
Spain needs to have some strict rules regarding these small businesses. Either you cover the whole country or your don’t receive a license.
I’m sick and tired about these shops that don’t send their items to Canary Islands.
Like they have to personally go on ferry or fly on the plane to bring the products. All the shipping companies are doing, cause it’s their work. Correos the main public shipping company aren’t denying your packages destined to Canary Islands.

They are very professional people, with a large stock of spare parts and accessories.

Here I always find what I need, at a competitive price, the web to make purchases is "user friendly" and I have not had any problem when receiving the package at home.

I have been their customer for years.

Ordered two cables, total under €25 - but requested UPS Express costing me €38.60 ... UPS gave an estimated delivery date, then delayed delivery date, then delayed again. I contacted mytrendy who sent the standard apology email twice. I asked UPS to cancel the delivery as I now needed to purchase elsewhere, as estimated delivery was too late - they said they will refund full courier charge for the delayed service via mytrendyphone, but mytrendyphone said they will only refund if the package is returned. They will not refund the courier only charges ... UPS will refund to mytrendyphone, but they won't pass it on.

The customer service has been correct, the delivery time has also been. In relation to the product, its quality is excellent for super fast charging of a Samsung S21 +.
