So what I didn't like was that the site is weird.
You feel like you're ordering an item, but you're actually registering on the site to get discounts. I find this practice very limiting.
Fortunately, customer service is more understanding. I would like to thank Bree for managing my problem.

I have been waiting for a refund for not registering on the site.
I contacted them again. I had Nikki and then Ali.
They told me the same thing.
No refund, then if refund at 50%, I said no I want my 100%.
Then
He said yes in 24 hours.
I think it's to send me packing.
I'll tell you the rest at the end of the week.

Here's the end of the story, I was refunded 8.9€ when I had been charged 24.90€.
They don't care about us.
A site to be avoided.
I strongly advise against it.
If you order, think again.

A very blatant scam. Fill in a customer survey, pay the "postage" fee for your "prize" and hey presto, they proceed to randomly take money from your bank account. I was initially confused by the positive reviews in here. It makes a little more sense on reading that people are positive about it being an easy ish scam to get out of ?????

I found myself signed up to this site unintentionally for a scam. customer service, although not being able to do much, helped me understand how to proceed. Harry was very helpful and kind. We'll see how he proceeds with the order, the products seem interesting.

This company is a scam. They sign you up automatically without notice for gift cards then charge your account. Do not use them!

There was nothing for me to dislike. At the time of signing up, I was under the influence of life saving medication. I was temporarily unable to make some Decisions and I misunderstood the whole process. Now my body is used to the strong medication I realised what I had done.

After a misunderstanding between myself and the company, the problem was rectified and funds taken from my bank account were refunded. Thank you for your prompt response. Much appreciated!
