Great Service

The person who helped me today was excellent. She listened carefully, was very patient and was able to access the information I was requesting and sent it to me. I was very pleased with my interaction and happy with the knowledgeable service I received.

Name change made easy

I was a bit nervous calling about a name change, but Elaina was amazing. She clearly explained the process and sent me a follow up email with detailed steps. Once initially submitted, Elaina was very quick to suggest adding one missing bit of documentation and then everything was processed the same day. Absolutely incredible, as I was sure this could drag on for a while.

My only constructive criticism is the hold music could be better. It kind of makes you tense. :-)

But thank you for a very positive experience.

I forget her name

I forget her name, but she was excellent to work with on understanding my options on how to rollover my current 401k account. I would give her a 20, not a 10!!!

Thank you Ubiquity!

Thank you Ubiquity for running a streamlined onboarding process, and thank you for the timely reminders and follow ups when I stalled along the way!

Thanks especially to Doug for leading a fun and informative 401k seminar and inspiring our team to log in and manage deferrals to their retirement plan. We enjoyed the session and I know that the recording has been watched at least a few times!

Yvette Casillas of Ubiquity

Until this morning, I was experiencing a great deal of frustration dealing with an agent @ Ubiquity that was not communicating (returning calls, replying, or responding to emails) with me relative to our new 401k. I got to point of canceling our account with Ubiquity.

Then, Yvette Casillas called me this morning, and everything just fell into place. All my days of frustration were over. Yvette was not only a good listener, but she was also willing to help resolve problems with another company that was directly affecting our Ubiquity account.

Yvette saved the day and she was a life saver. Ubiquity owes her a great deal of gratitude and commendation relative to her preventing us from closing our “small” new account. I wish everyone at Ubiquity is as warm and helpful as she was. Her attention to details and what needed to be done was very impressive.

Ubiquity 401(k) review

I am the company Administrator of our 401(k) plan through Ubiquity. It is a very user friendly program and the support I have received from the Ubiquity team has been excellent. I would recommend them to other businesses looking for a 401(k) plan that is easy for employees to make their own changes and reduce Administrator time.

Great Customer Service

I just wanted to mention that Krystal B is a great customer service agent. I've dealt with a handful of agents through Ubiquity before, and Krystal has been truly the most helpful, hands down! She was able to quickly and efficiently solve a problem with payroll contributions that I've been trying to get fixed for a few weeks now. She was also polite and patient and made sure everything was correct before ending the chat. Thank you Krystal B!!

Ubiquity healthcheck - great service

I just did a 401k healthcheck with Krystal B, and I just want to say that the healthcheck is a terrific service for customers . We have been with Ubiquity since 2013, and have had a healthcheck review of our 401k each year. We are very happy overall with the service from Ubiquity.

Withdrawal Issue Resolved

I scheduled a withdrawal from my ubiquity account and VJ was very helpful in getting my withdrawal through. My experience with Ubiquity has been an awesome experience and VJ answered all the questions I had in a timely manner. I would recommend Ubiquity to any of my colleagues.

Updated: Fees waived

Lots of fees. $5 a month for "account servicing". Then I was laid off due to COVID-19 and they charged me $34 for an "advisor" to approve my rollover to another account. Then $95 for a transfer fee. THEN $20 for a separate rollover of the remaining balance even though I asked for the entire amount to be transferred (the left $300 in my account for some reason). I'm out of work during a pandemic and every dollar is a big deal to me right now. Can't really afford $154 for them to write a check.

Update 2 days later. I contacted them about the fee, they said the $30 fee could not be waived (it was $20 before I contacted them.) I accepted that, tried to transfer it again and the fee was back to $95 for the second transfer that should have never been needed. So it will cost me $262 for them to write 2 checks. So shady.

Update 08.17.2020: They contacted me and waived the fees for the second transfer. I really appreciate the assistance and care!
