Do not buy from this company. We purchased a $270.00 light that never arrived. The company said they don't know where it is and promised a refund. Months and still waiting They are a fraud!
This company is probably fraudulent. They have an Atlanta phone number, and an office address in a Queens strip mall. Their website has a lot of positive reviews that I assume are fake. I ordered a headboard cover, and it didn't even come close to fitting my headboard. The company refused to honor its return policy by paying for return shipping, and is still refusing to refund me even though I shipped the defective item back nearly two weeks ago at my own cost. Stay away.
I ordered a green sofa slipcover. I waited some time before I got a confirmation and it was for a white one. I tried calling the company and got no response. I sent numerous emails and got no response. Finally I got a response and they said it was too late to change the order so they would send a green one in addition to the white one. I waited to 2 1/2 months. It disappeared from all tracking even what the company provided. Finally I called the company again to complain and they issued a refund. What finally did arrive was not a green sofa slipcover but four white pillowcases. The company did offer a refund but this was botched at every level. Avoid this company at all costs.
