A few other's i had previously wasn't enough picture to see what was there, I had to pay a extra fee that was unexpected, also I had a order that I couldn't get a invoice for some reason or another, it got sent back to the dealer, I sent you a message that I was having trouble with the invoice, never got a response from you, so my rating is low for you at this time,

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely disappointing experience
My recent experience with MyUS has been very frustrating and unprofessional.
I submitted a return request for an item in order to receive a refund from the seller. However, the process was delayed significantly on their side. Later, I was told that the system canceled my request and that I supposedly did not respond to an update from their team.
The problem is that **I never received any notification or communication from MyUS about this before March 7**. The first time I heard about it was when their agent said they had to submit the request again on March 7. This delay was completely outside of my control.
Because of this situation, my **refund of about $500 is now at risk**, simply because the request was not handled in time. When dealing with returns, timing is extremely important, and delays like this can directly cause financial loss to customers.
It is very frustrating to be told that I did not respond to something that I was **never notified about in the first place**. ( Mr.Priyashani S )
I hope MyUS improves their internal processes and communication with customers, because situations like this should never happen with a paid package forwarding service.

MyUS saves me money by consolidating.
It allows me to shop for many low cost items that would be impractical to ship to our island any other way.
Sometimes there are glitches & you need to contact customer support. Mostly that has been a positive experience. Occasionally its been irksome due to time frames & delays while things are hashed out yet on balance, considering all the variables involved, they come out on top & there is no other service I would use to transport my many goods to our location.

My experience with MyUS has been very bad. This is a very poor and unprofessional service.
I ordered a product that cost $69, and with shipping the total should have been $79. However, my card was charged $86 without my approval.
In addition, I asked support only to cancel my membership, but instead they deleted my entire account. After that, I contacted them several times, but I received no response at all.

Unreliable shipping estimates, so be prepared for bad surprises. Forgot to send out my biggest package but charged me full amount.
Unresponsive, incompetent and unequipped CS, charged without warning, no explanations could be given after more than 10 asks. No responsibility or action taken to rectify mistake. Asks you to PAY AGAIN to send out item to get credit back to use the same shitty service. Random Partial refunds when you hound them for fairness.
Hellish, UNPREDICTABLE charging/service/experience. Nothing on their side for TWO WEEKS when I asked for case to be escalated... Had to cc CEO for immediate reply.
Scammers held my expensive items hostage for weeks without reply and blackmailed me to just pay again. Even in consolidation of items they removed ALL plastic wrappers on small soft clothing, and items for the sake of it and just threw them in a box filled with their own brown paper. No proper standards or QC.
Accepted no RESPONSIBILITY for anything, was like talking to walls.
Disgusting. Would report them to authorities.
