This company deliberately make it difficult to cancel an order, I made a mistake and requested a cancellation within an hour or ordering, plus the order was made on a Sunday so no reason a cancellation could not have been made

Amazing service as usual for delivery
Amazing service as usual for delivery. Purchased the vegan omega 3 and they look good quality, hopefully feel the benefits soon. The peanut butter carb crusher bar was very delicious, I will be buying more.
The only disappointment, and the only one so far, was not receiving the free gift I selected, but as it was a free gift it’s not so bad, hence five stars for the product.

Ok products awful customer service
Products are ok but I was overcharged for items included in an offer and given wrong advice by their customer service agent.
Amended to one star as I tried to return the items and their return portal isn’t working. So much of my time has been wasted by this company.

The soy protein tastes like cardboard
The soy protein tastes like cardboard and is probably the most horrible protein I've ever tasted. I feel like I'd never order from this brand again.
Update: Ben from customer care did look at the issue promptly and provide a refund. I'd rate one star higher for the high standard of customer service. I've tasted some other samples but I don't think any of them taste very good to me. I've not had any bloating issues, which is still a positive. I'm still open to other non Vegan protein from myprotein. But not this one probably.

The free gift hasn't arrived
The free gift hasn't arrived - Myvegan rang me when they saw this review and said they'd sent me a link to claim the free cafetiere. I found the email with the link but when I went to the website it seems I have to take out a subscription and purchase a pack of coffee to get the 'free'gift!

Excellent service and price
Product was at really good price. Postage was reduced and even upgraded to next day delivery for free. Ordered it on Wednesday and arrived Thursday afternoon.

Their Vegan Pea-Nut Squares are excellent! I was looking for a while for a nice tasting vegan protein bar that ideally wasn't made with soy, as I wanted to vary the sources of protein I was consuming. I got the choc chip flavour. Reasonable price and prompt delivery. Will definitely be a regular.

Worst customer service I have ever…
Worst customer service I have ever experienced bar none (and that's a pretty low bar!) Over 2 hours on live chat without a satisfactory outcome. Customer service reps don't know their own website. Didn't even apologise, let alone compensate after all that time spent and the problem was their system!

LOVE IT!!!
My order arrived the next afternoon! I ordered strawberry protein powder which I tried today in a smoothie and it was delicious! I also ordered sugar free syrup, wasn’t expecting much from it but it’s really tasty so used it to make some cookie dough protein balls! I also got some Selfish drinks, yet to try them but very excited. I love the products, they came quickly, very reasonable pricing and from buying to receiving I received constant email updates
