Awful service during and after delivery.
I have ticked 1 star as there isn’t an option for 0. Ordered on Sunday and checked the 2/3 business days delivery option. I did this as I knew a member of my family would be in bed all day Monday after working a night shift. My Vegan decide to “upgrade” my delivery to next day against my request. There was no option to amend back. Contacted to ask the reasons why, and they first asked if it had been delivered and then when I pointed out that wasn’t the issue, they just said they can’t amend a delivery after ordering, which they actually did! Clearly no one is actually reading contact emails. Absolute farce. Will not be using again.

Delivered to wrong address but happy ending!
No parcel, no card through door. But online chat was very helpful helping me find proof of delivery. Neighbour opposite eventually found it at her little used side door. Well wrapped package

Easy protein replacement from My Vegan
My Vegan protein and protein bars are an important part of my recovery from exercise, making sure I supplement my plant diet after long runs.
The protein drinks (I've tried and enjoyed all the flavours) feels like a reward after exercise and the same with the My Vegan protein bars.

After being a customer for years - One Customer Service experience made sure I'll never use them again
I bought the vegan protein blend for years and had no issues. The most recent bag I bought was horrible, it tasted as if it was unsweetened. I contacted customer service where they 'investigated' and said they would not replace the product, leaving me with a bag of inedible protein powder. I had an unopened bag which I wanted to return after this experience and have been sent the link to the returns page by customer service 4 times, with them completely ignoring the issue that the order does not show up on returns portal.

Let down badly by customer service
Great products and good prices but the customer service was terrible, returning items was so complicated and took far too much of my time up. So sadly I won’t buy from them again. Order 615061469
They also replied saying they could not find my order, which just says it all!!

Link wouldn’t work to return an item
Link wouldn’t work to return an item, went on to live chat who were no help and kept insisting on using the same link. In the end said I would be contacted by email to arrange returns label , still not heard.
