The sizes were very small didn’t fit and no return policy never contacted customer support. They wanted me to spend 20 bucks to sit in the back and then send me a new pair no help with sizing.

Mistake on ordering
Somehow I have just made a mistake and put 2 orders in for my socks 🤦♀️.
I messaged them straight away to try to cancel both orders, got a lovely person come back (Alex S) who helped my sort the orders out, I told he I needed the 1st order but need it it to be shipped on the express as I need them by October 2nd in the U.K. .
He sorted it all out with in 1/2 hr of me E-mailing (there was a cancellation free ,but I was okay with that as it was my fault ) .
Just received an email stating out all the figure and what I would receive back.
This was done so efficiently, I am so great full for all your help with this matter .
Looking forward to receiving my sock.
