I decided to ditch my mainstream synthetic multi vitamin and switch to the beef liver capsules when I had read that they are very good for a healthy menstrual cycle, I have been taking them for 6 months now (I do take 2 a day instead of 4) and my cycle has improved so much that I have just restocked them now! Love this product!

Really great products and have noticed a difference since taking the collagen and daily guts powders. The protein powder is also great and naturally sweetens milk or porridge that I mix it in. Highly recommend.

Using the collagen restore. It’s been just over a month. Easy enough to use in my coffee each morning. I haven’t necessarily noticed any changes though. Purchased another tub to see if anything improves after that.

BIMUNO Generally safe, with lactose content low enough to be considered safe for most lactose-intolerant - IT ISNT. Do not use this product - you will bloat so badly that you will have extreme belly discomfort for days even when you stop using. So bad that your belly will GROW 3 to 5 cms. When I contacted the company I was told - keep trying, give it a rest - or buy another product. I NEVER knew the above about bimuno until I googled it. No warning from that company. Just asked for refund that I wasn’t even offered

Debloat is basically senna which is used for constipation and can be bought in a supermarket at a quarter of the price. This product should not be used long term!

2 months in and I’m Loving this product so far
