I ordered 6 balls of wool from this company and received an immediate order confirmation. Having then heard nothing more for several days I stupidly read the reviews on here and then began to worry. However several days later I then got an email to say my order had gone to Evri and the following day I received my package. I got exactly what I wanted and paid for though it took 10 days to arrive which is a lot longer than the site I usually order from but then this site does work differently as they don't keep stocks of the items. If this fact was made clearer when orders were being placed it would save a lot of confusion and worry. Overall I am happy with my purchase and that's what counts in the end.

Had to give one star to carry on with review. Ordered wool 20th January ,was given delivery date of 23rd then changed it to 29th. Never received it,tried tracking just kept saying running late. Tried ringing , no joy. Got in touch with Amazon then shop asked did we want a replacement on the 2nd of February,replied we wanted a refund. Still waiting. If you own a barge pole don't touch shop. How do they get away with this.

Total scam. Paid, never sent. Won’t reply to emails. Have had to involve my bank to get money back.

I also ordered wool on the 6 January 26. Ive not received anything. No reply to my emails.

Made the mistake of not reading reviews as this shop had a small amount of stock left of the discontinued wool I need. Order not shipped, emails not replied to, will be charging back to my credit card. Stay clear!!

I placed an order on 29 September. It is now 11 October and I still haven’t received it. I have sent several emails but had no response. Telephone not answered. I will not be buying again.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I made the great mistake of not checking reviews before purchasing. I am still awaiting for the bag I ordered and paid 7 weeks ago. No response to emails etc

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Like the other reviews no order has arrived. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I have tried ring no answer and no correspondence back from emails either. Total scammer!!!

if only I could mark this company with no stars I would. I ordered wool, on Feb 12th 2025, without reading reviews - my BIG mistake. I am still waiting to hear back from them other than a confirmation and 6 days later a tracking email which will not update however many times I try. Quick to take the money but no response to emails asking where my goods are. There is no phone number that I can find so I am going to contact my bank, trading standards and if necessary the police.

Do not buy from this shop, he takes your money then 'forgets' to send the goods. Trading standards needs to get involved and put him out of business.
I ordered yarn on 07/02/25 and have heard nothing since. No reply to emails and no refund. I will leave it until the end of this week and then go to the small claims if I have no reply to my emails.
Well it is now 06/03/25 and despite several emails back and forth, this man has still not sent my refund. The next step is the small claims court. Unfortunately for this man he doesn't seem to realise that when I say i will go through the court I do mean to do so.
Don' buy from him he says one thing and never follows through.

SCAM....order never arrived..false tracking details. No contact number and no reply to emails...

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, thankfully I only ordered a pattern but paid over the top for postage. Like everyone else didn’t receive anything and no replies to emails. How on earth is Google allowing these people to advertise with all these negative reviews. Surely trust pilot can do more, otherwise what’s the point?

Rip Off. After waiting patiently for the last three weeks for our order to arrive and unable to make contact now lrealised it is a scam do not trade with them

The worst firm on earth to use, 3 weeks later nothing apart from false tracking number, . These are the downside of internet buying, ie you pay and no goods delivered, I ordered some wool with my partner on her card for her , total scammers.!!!

I must admit that I expected my order to arrive sooner and I panicked when i saw the awful reviews.

The wool has arrived today and I am so relieved

Absolute SCAM!!! I ordered my wool on 08/11/2024 and still nothing after almost a month. Doesn't reply to emails, no phone number. One email saying that order was placed and giving the tracking number but parcel hasn't even been handed to the courier

Used this company on Amazon all contact keeps saying he’s sending it .But when he Said he was resending it as lost with Evri .He said resending but gave me old tracking code for evri .So definitely a scam !!!!.Now getting a refund through Amazon .

Order placed weeks ago. No responses to emails. Phone number doesn’t work. No refund, no delivery - NOTHING!!

Now have the long wait of trying to claim through my bank…..

I have reported to CA Trading Standards to get action taken against this company.

Ordered my wool ages ago and it never arrived tried contacting them multiple times without a single reply...
